Feels much wider than previous Ghost

These are my 2nd pair. Ample cushioning. Only problem I have with them is the soles have so much cushion they won't fit between the foot board and the shifter on my motorcycle. Looks like I'm getting a heal - toe shifter cuz I ain't givin' up my Brooks.

Love the reinforced toe. Very stable and light. Great styling too!

At my job, I average nine hours a day on my feet The cushioning and support keeps me fresh all day. The toe box is just right for me except for the crease that formed over my big toe while wearing them for the fourth time. The plastic form piece creased and cuts into my toe every time I push off.

Stupendously comfortable - I have been wearing them for tons and tons of walking on hard, city surfaces (around 6-8km every day), and my feet feel great. I run in them as well - the cushioning is very springy. I feel like I can put the run in my legs and not in my feet/ankles when I wear these.

I wear size 15D with fallen arches. The arch support did not match well at all with my feet and I felt uncomfortable pressure. No problem returning my purchase, though!

Excellent for long runs. Good support and cushion without feeling spongy.

This shoe is amazing. It was not only great for a run, but great for lots of walking in new cities. This shoes surprised me and was great on a hike. I thought it was going to be an easy hike but I was wrong. This shoe held up great climbing Lions Head in South Africa.

Tried a pair of Brooks Ghost 16 at a Fleet Feet group run and loved them so much I bought a pair for myself and my wife. Highly recommend!

Good shoes and they are light on your feet.

I have to get mens wide because of my bunions. I love Brooks shoes! Please make wide shoes in more colors. Thank you for at least having gray or black shoes.

I'm a long-time user of the Ghost. I have had a great experience running in them. However, after running for 4 weeks with the Ghost 16, I get pain in both of my heels. Based on my experience, this would mean a greater chance for plantar fasciitis. I stopped using them and have sent them back. It is a good shoe, however, it seems not to be as cushioned as previous versions. Since I wear a 10.5, X-wide, the previous version was very hard to find, although I found couple of pairs which should last me until the next version comes out. We are different, so if this one did not work for me, it doesn't mean it won't work for someone else. Good thing Brooks lets you try them for 90 days.

Me and the brooks ghost have a love hate relationship. But no matter what I always have a pair of ghost I train in at all times.

Bought these for my husband for Fathers Day. He absolutely loves them.
