They run small I usually wear 7-71/2 I needed an 8. They have an easily removable insole, I don’t see the purpose for that, ?easier to clean. The shoes are very supportive.

These are the best recovery mules! I have tried other cushioned slides but they were loose and didn't have the same support. These cradle your foot providing stability and comfort. I was conflicted about the only color in my size but they look great with any shorts or jeans. A must buy for anyone running on your feet all day,

The tie box is a very tight fit, don't know how much I can wear them for that reason. Toes are very cramped

I purchased a pair of Ora Recover Mules and I'm disappointed. I went with white because they looked nice and clean, but it is impossible to keep them clean. The insoles attract and highlight dirt like crazy, and. since they won't come completely clean no matter how hard I try, they're gross to look at every time I put them on. Customer Service was unwilling to help me with an exchange because I bought them from Dick's.
Disappointed,

Purchased 10 to 13 pairs in last 3 years. Best shoes I ever had.

Comfortable and removal of insoles makes them easy to wash. Wonderful shoe for gardening

Was looking for a recovery shoe that was more supportive than a Croc. This shoe has amazing arch support and comfort: but for the price needs a few improvements: First is better ventilation, so more holes in the rubber, especially on the lower sides where the footbed meets the upper (like how Crocs have, it feels airy and amazing keeping feet cool and dry).
I found my feet getting sweaty in these without wearing socks, which defeats the purpose of a fast slip on recovery shoe or house shoe if you have to put socks on.
Second is a back strap for option to keep shoe on foot. If you are walking faster or doing activities around the house, the shoe can come off.
Third: half sizes for a more perfect fit. I found the 8s slightly loose/large and I imagine the 7s would be too small.
With these additions, this shoe could serve many purposes outside recovering at home,
and I can imagine wearing them to work standing and walking all day on your feet if they have the adjustments mentioned above.

I've only worn these a couple times out and about, so I can't really comment on how they'll feel long-term. But, right now, they're comfy, albeit my feet get a little sweaty. Maybe if there was some kind of liner for them, other than wearing light socks, that might work.

This shoe is like walking on air. The toe box is wide which allows for all day walking. I want all colors available!

As we are moving to a house that we've been building for the past 5 years, I was looking for a pair of easy slip-in shoes that I can park at the door to slide into so as to not track dirt & dust into the whole house. These Ora Recovery Mules fit the bill 100%! All I have to do is step in the door, remove my shoes, & slip into these. As the name suggests, it's like your feet are "getting a massage" while wearing them; walking in them allow your feet to "recover" from a long day. I can wear these either with or without socks! I originally ordered a size 5 (using the sizing guide on the Hoka website), but they were too small, so I exchanged for a size 6. Making an exchange was quick, easy & affordable; no extra shipping charge for either the return or the new order. The only drawback I can identify is that the shoes are quite wide on me, but - I have an extremely narrow foot! I have to say these shoes really touch my heart personally, as my maternal grandmother's name was Ora! I wholeheartedly recommend these mules!

They seem great, but they were too small. I wear a size 9 in most shoes, and a 9 wide in most Hokas. So I ordered a 9 and could barely get my foot in them. They were so snug I'm not sure if I need a 10 or an 11 since there aren't half sizes. Let my son have them and he loves them though lol

Ever since I got plantar fasciitis I've only worn hokas. The recovery slides and Hoppara have pretty much been the only ones that I could wear without pain, even after I tried the Bondi 7 and even swapped out the inserts. For me these mules are even better than the Hoppara in terms of support. It's nice to have closed toe options since I work in healthcare.
These do run a little small as I usually wear size 7 for hokas, but for these I had to swap for size 8

The first time I purchased this mule in my normal size, and It was too short and too narrow. So I ordered the next size up and it was too long and wide. Have to return again. Does not come in 1/2 sizes.

I have hammer toes on one foot so I wear a sock or I will get abrasions. I wear them every day at home. I use 4 other Hoka designs as well and have been very pleased with quality, fit, and design.

I was looking for a slide my podiatrist would approve and found these Hoka Recovery slides and thought the Wheat colour great for summer. It turned out to be a win-win since I recently had surgery on a toe and these were/are the only shoes I can wear (after the surgical shoe was retired) due to normal post surgical swelling. I'm so glad I found these and recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable and well made slide.

I agree with the reviews that the toe box is shallow. I wear compression socks, and my toes felt "squashed" in the mule.

I need a house slipper but not a slipper cause I live in Hawaii and couldn't find anything that would give me the support I needed while not making my feet sweat. Well these farrrrr exceeded expectations. Literally the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn.
Going to be buying another pair to wear of the house asap

I literally use this as recovery footwear. I'd been using slides, but I have knee problems and sometimes tweak a knee by stepping wrong. The Mule offers superior cushioning and surprising comfort.
