I bought this for power walking and as an all season travel jacket. I am happy to report the Salal Jacket will do very nicely! Good coverage from the elements. Note length. Elastic at back help keeps cold air out and warm air in which is great but creates a look not as flattering. on shorter women. Very light weight and style makes it incredibly versatile for travel. Even looks great with a dress.

Great jacket for travel and urban activities. I sized down as it's a roomy fit. Lots of room for layering. It's a good length, mid thigh, and has a functional hood to keep you dry. The zipper is finicky as it's a 2-way and does not line up perfectly.

I bought this as a gift for my aunt, I find the color to be very unique and the jacket is quite functional and lightweight!

Bought the Salal jacket a couple weeks ago! I am now all happy when it rains! It is super elegant, roomy enough so I can layer and super supple with it's c-knit technology. Great technical jacket with a modern city look! Love it! Only downside it the interior pocket too small for a phone and limited hood adjustments.

I wishhhh the sleeves were longer. It would have been the perfect rain jacket. I had to return because of this, otherwise it would have been my favorite shell so far.
