I have really enjoyed this boot, and I believe one of the highlights is going to be its durability through the winter time. I can tell that it's well made and that it will be able to withstand the conditions through this season. It is stylish for sure- more on the dressy side than casual I would say, but you can definitely wear it with a nice pair of jeans. I have the brown version of this boot with the suede mid-section, and I have to say, the suede is a really nice touch! It does take some time to break in, especially in the heel. With how snug the upper part of the boot fits, it really locks your foot in so right out of the box you might feel it rub a bit on the heel when walking (at least that was my experience). But after wearing it consistently, I found that it loosens up well. I would definitely recommend this one, and I don't think you can go wrong with any of the color choices!

I normally have a hard time finding the perfect shoes. I was looking for a confortable, dressy and easy slip on boots. I must have tried 50 different brands with no luck. Finally I found Florsheim thanks to Google ads . It is the most comfortable, nice and dressy. The option for shoe laces and zipper makes it easy for on/off. Definitely recommend it!

The Renegades are great hybrid of dress boot with a casual sole and tread that's great for the office. Super comfortable and they look great!

I've been looking at a lot of different wingtip boots, I was shocked to find these for the price. Several others were more expensive, yet these had better quality. The best part is the zipper down the side, I can easily get the boot off after a long day without going through the process of untying and loosening all the laces. I was surprised they had a slight thermal liner, its more than just leather, which adds to the comfort, especially in a cold office environment. The bottom of the boot also has more grip/tread than a normal wingtip which gives more traction in colder temps without looking like a bulky boot. Would highly recommend!

Fits narrow as compared to my Foundry (size D) boot, which fits perfectly, the soles are about 1/8" (3mm) narrower. Sending them back, unfortunately Florsheim does not offer size E in these. I typically wear size E, I thought they would be cut like Foundry, not so.

I love everything about the Renegade except one thing. The black pair (that I received anyway) does not hold a shine whatsoever. I go to a professional shoe shine shop and it doesn't matter. No shine, no how. Would love to know if anyone else has encountered this. Otherwise, it's stellar!

These boots look great. I bought the black and dark brown - the black are leather all over and the dark brown have a small section of very strong but pliable material behind the toe. They are lighter than they look, but still feel substantial. I like the zipper too (I rarely untie my other shoes so these fit right into my routine).
