Very plain and COMFORTABLE shoe. Very lightweight and not bulky feeling. Leather is soft.

They fit perfectly with thick socks, which is how I’d hoped. Usually a size 9 fits, but these needed to accommodate warm hand-knit socks. Somehow they are good with tights too. How does that work? The clogs seem to cling, making them easy on stairs or uneven terrain.

This shoe is too wide for my foot.

My heel tended to run over the of the shoe when walking.

Not a lot of arch support so I put in my own orthotics. Unfortunately that made my big toe was smashed at the end. Very nice looking shoe but just didn't fit me. Had to return.

Due to limited inventory, I took a chance and ordered a 10 1/2 WW instead of my normal 10 W. Nice clog, but didn't work out for me.

Perfect fit and so comfy

This is a great shoe. Practical, comfortable, good materials, well made and good fit. It is very difficult to find WW shoes and I am grateful that Zappos and Soft Walk are offering these. I just wish that more shoe manufacturers offered more choices and I wish Zappos had more to choose from..... sandals, black suede, boots. I am a happy walker with these Soft Walk mules!

These are beautiful shoes! They were about a half size too big.

These are very soft and the navy color is a nice blue. My foot doesn't slip out. I usually wear a 7.5 and it was a perfect fit.

The width and sizing were true, however the toe box is a little low for me and the vamp area is too high.

The shoe was very nice but unfortunately there is not enough arch support for me. In the photos it looks like there would be good arch support but the sole is very soft and cushy. Not enough for me.

There is something missing in the core of the shoe. It feels to me like there should be a stability component that is clearly missing, and my ankles would definitely roll if I kept them. I liked the style but they truly feel like dangerous shoes!

The material looks nice and feels nice. But, the shoe is awful. The arch support is in the wrong place. The insole is so high that I was walking on the heel of the shoe. The shoes are too wide. I twisted my ankle twice. The heel is too short. If it were higher, the shoe might be wearable.

These shoes are awful. They have insoles that are too high and my heels were walking on the back of the shoes. They have an arch in the wrong place. The toe of the shoes is too wide and the shoes slip off my feet. I twisted my ankle twice. I doubt that anyone tested these shoes. Anybody would notice the terrible fit. On the brighter side, they look nice.
