I love these gloves! They are super warm and heavy enough to wear for shoveling/snowblowing but a little less clunky than some other extra warm gloves I've owned. I also love the high cuff, though they seem to run a little on the small side.

These gloves feel very comfortable and there's no awkward seams. The part between the thumbs, as on another pair of OR gloves I have, seem too small, somewhat restricting my ability to open my hand wide in a claw type way. They're not extremely insulated, but they feel durable and I think the wool liner will prove effective.

They seemed like warm gloves. Definitely rugged. A bit smaller than the uninsulated gloves from OR that I had before. But I sized up and they fit perfectly.

I got these as a warranty replacement for an older pair of extraverts. The wool lining remains the same and I'm happy about it, that wool lining comfortably covers most winter temps in NW Ohio. Some of the updates are nice: padded pinky-side of the palm adds good comfort, micro fiber nose wipe to replace the old soft-touch style seems smart and I expect it to last much longer. The loops to pull on have lost width, but are still sturdy and adequate. The middle finger loops to remove the glove have gotten slightly narrower as well, but are supple and easy enough to grab onto. The clip style to attach the gloves to each other have changed as well. These are more difficult to use, but the benefit is gained sturdiness. The gray/green color combo is striking, but versatile and neutral-ish at the same time...Fits great with outdoor gear.

These gloves were my absolute favorite glove, so I ordered 2 more pairs this year. The sizing has changed and are way tighter. I wear xl gloves and these fit like a large or like some mediums of other brands. They are harder to get on and off when they are wet, plus the palm section of the glove is sewn tighter so it is actually hard to fully open up the hand when these were brand new. Does outdoor research think it's ok to change sizing from year to year?
