Look to correct an over pronation wore out shoes after 40 miles but I did get a handle on my over pronation just as the outside heel wore out

Ive been Team Nike Pegasus forever. Just discovered these wonderful ASICS shoes and they are just as good for half the price. So I bought two!

I wanted the Gel-Nimbus series, to replace my worn pair, but the color and style were more that an old guy like me could handle. I settled for the Gel-Excite.The Nimbus series is more comfortable on hard surfaces.

Very comfortable and true to size. Very happy with the shoes!

This shoe is a good value, although there might be less cushioning than the last pair I bought. I also couldnt get it in the color that I wanted, but Im satisfied with the fit of an 8 1/2 wide and I will probably buy the shoe again.

Literally the most comfortable shoe ever. I can wear these all day and all night with no problems

You need to break shoes in and will feel benefits of them

These are great inexpensive good fitting light running and workout shoes. I have had the older Gel Cumulus, the last years Gel Cumulus. I find these better fitting than either of the previous for my light running, walking and workouts. They have poor traction soles, and I would not do long races with them. But for the price, the comfort and general use they are excellent shoes.

Very comfortable. Light on impact. I wear them everyday on concrete and it helps support me.

I loved the colors. I didn't realize there were orthotics insoles inside. Being a lover of Asics, I just switched out the insoles with another pair that I have.

Wore asics years ago and decided to try again. Great fit and shoe I wanted.

Wanted a good running shoe for walking and everyday use. Just bought a new Nimbus and wanted something cheaper.

I bought this, along with a Gel-Contend 8, to test out Asics' Extra Wide sizes as alternates to my Altra Experience Flows, pictured. Unfortunately, both were too narrow in the toebox (pinkie toes specifically) to keep, and this Excite 10 was egregiously narrow for something labeled 4E. For reference, a Brannock device tells me I'm a shade over Men's 7.5 length, and E/2E width. I tried on a Gel Nimbus 26, size 8 4E in-store, and it was the most comfortable shoe I think I've ever worn, but I wasn't ready to drop $160. So I hoped I might gamble and win on some sale shoes in the same size. Sadly, both the Contend and Excite shoes pinched me in the pinkie toes, and I couldn't justify keeping them, so I have to return. The Excite 10 is extremely long and narrow, so going to an 8 left lots of space in front of my toes, which would probably lead to sliding. So just not The Ones for my wedge feet. I still give 3 stars, because everything else about the shoe felt really nice for a "budget" shoe: very nice cushion with a wide base, and pretty nice looking for $70 (sale). There were some visible glue spots and dimples in the uppers, but I accept I'm comparing a low/mid budget shoe to my pictured Altras, (also size 8) which are twice the price. I do like Asics, so I'll keep looking.
