I was extremely impressed at how comfortable these shoes were even when I wore them for the first time. These were a nice color to spice up my boring colored work suits. I was also very satisfied with the quick delivery of the shoes.

Great shoe! Comfortable from the moment I put them on, love the pointed toe and they don't mash your feet.

I love, love, love these shoes! Bought them last minute because I needed black heels and they are so perfect and comfortable. The leather is really nice and soft which makes them easy to wear all day and night.. and I've never been able to do that before. The heel is a little thin which can make the heel feel a little less secure, but I wore them all night dancing at a wedding and had no problem. I'm ordering them again in another color.

These shoes are beautiful (more bronze than gold in person), comfortable and festive. I wear size 9 in Nine West (9½ in some other brands). Nine West never disappoints with quality, style, and comfort at an incredibly affordable price!

I absolutely LOVE these heels. I've probably spent upwards of a lot on trying to find heels with the perfect comfort: hotness ratio, and these are it. I have extremely sensitive feet that are always getting blisters and hot spots from shoes, and these heels left no marks or sore spots at all - and they make your legs look great! I bought this style in three colors and they are my go-to pumps for work or going out. I went down 1/2 size from my usual 8 or 8.5 to a 7.5. They felt a little snug at first but the leather gives and molds to your foot.

I got these in black leather. I love them, they are so perfect for work and comfortable, too. My last Nine West pumps were a size 6, but 6 in these were a little big. 5½ was just right.

Perfect shoes for any time of day. I had been wanting to get a pair of classic heels and these are just it. I actually got two pairs motivated by the great reviews others posted, and I was not disappointed. The leather, the design, the level of comfort (considering they are still high heels), everything about the shoe met my expectations. The fit was just right as well. I have already paired them with jeans, pants, skirt, and a dress and they add just that bit of chic to every outfit. I am certain that I wouldn't hesitate to get another pair or pairs for that matter, in all the different colors available.

This shoe is perfect. If you need plum, purple, black...this is your shoe. Accurate sizing. Awesome satin material. Have a very expensive look! I'll be wearing with a plum dress for an afternoon wedding. Perfect!

I love these red shoes. True red color in my size 11 are difficult to find and I was excited to find these at Zappos. The fit is good and they run true to size. The heel is not too high as I refuse to wear any height over 4 inches.

I have another pair of 9 West Flex shoes & they are very stylish. The fit is a little snug at the toe, but they are otherwise comfortable. I ordered them in my actual size which was true to size. Shipping was very fast. Got the in about 3 days.

The most comfortable patent leather shoes I have. I love using these for work events. The shoe is very stylish with a manageable high heel. Buy in all your favorite colors for all occasions!

Was initially skeptical when ordering these that the heel height and leopard print would be off, but they were fantastic. Literally 0 time to break in, very comfortable, and super stylish. Got a ton of compliments on them from the onset and it changed my mind a bit about Nine West shoes. I will likely be buying additional colors of the same style. Surprisingly impressive (and affordable) shoe!

I love these shoes, they fit perfectly and are comfy to walk around in for along time without pinching or hurting your feet. they look real glossy and sharp. They are also not too long in the front because I have big feet I worry about them looking even longer with pointy shoes but these are perfect. Great buy.

This is a great evening shoe! I had a difficult time finding a silver shoe that wasn't too prom/special occasion. This color is bold without being too flashy. While it was a bit more sparkly than I anticipated, once I put it on with my dress, it was the statement piece I wanted.

Great pumps! I work in outside sales, they are comfortable and can be dressed up or down. I have wide feet and usually pointy pumps hurt my feet after a few hours, I can go all day and even into the evening with these.

I was looking for perfect red pump for some time now and this one is it. It has true red color, patent finish and perfect style. The height of the heel allows you to wear it through the whole day without feeling tired. It's great choice for office and night out.

Most comfortable heels! I wore these 12+ hours, on my feet most of the time and never had to take them off. Foot bed is padded and leather is soft. I am ordering in more colors. Highly recommend!

Surprisingly comfy! These are a great looking shoe, the padding inside really provides a comfortable fit. Look great at the office and going out with the hubby..I will also order in another color

Comfortable toe box. Good fit, relative overall comfort for a dressy, but not too high heel. Gives the right pop to any color dress, not just black.

I just got these and they are absolutely gorgeous. They are much prettier than in the photo. I have not worn them out yet but I did try them on and they feel very comfortable. They are really classy statement shoes.

No matter how many Nine West heels I order (about 6 pairs in the past 12 months) they are always perfect! I never have to break these in, just put them on the first time and run around all day, and no discomfort. The color is very happy and summery and draws compliments all the time. Even my hubby said it look better in real than on the photo.

I love these heels. Very sexy yet professional and most importantly, very comfortable. My only complaint is that the material on the inside has rubbed and flaked off. But since this doesn't effect the comfort of the shoe or the appearance then it's not that big of a deal.
