I have tried several different types of golf shoes, and none of them compare to FootJoy. They fit great and I love the different designs and colors to choose from.

So far so good with these! The upper lining of the shoe that meets your ankle takes a little getting used to and may require a higher sock to prevent rubbing. That area of the shoe also tends to get dirtier more easily than the other areas. Otherwise comfortable and good fit! #sweepstakes

I have an extra wide foot with arthritis in big tow making tight shoes unbearable. I also like water proof shoes that hold up. I found the Hyperflex line to fit me and hold up to many rounds of golf in both dry and wet conditions. Buying the previous season saves a lot of money so I'm very happy with the purchase.

Very comfortable and stable.

Very comfortable and so far dry in the rain however they do not breath well your feet will be very hot so will have to use in cold / winter days.

Bought these because they are a rare golf shoe that is available in a narrow size. They fit my "C" width feet like a glove and are comfortable and supportive. I only wish the narrow sizes were available in a color other than white.

Needed a great shoe for walking courses. This is it! Comfort and stability, love the shoes and the fact that they are available in narrow width 100% recommend if you plan on walking

Purchased these thru my Pro Shop. Have worn ProSL shoes for years, and love them, but they always leaked after about a year. Needed a show for winter rain days, and these Hyperflex deliver in the rain. Totally waterproof. Light Comfortable. However, several things are negatives in my option. They do not breath well. I notices some moisture from sweat. They are also a bit bulky looking and feeling in my book. Recently picked up a couple pairs of Premieres, and in comparison the Premieres are heaven sent. Hyperflex is a great rain boot, but for most everyday rounds I'd prefer Premieres or ProSLs.

My husband likes the appearance of this style, but he could not wear them because they are too difficult to take off by himself. The integrated tongue (not separate from the body of the shoe as traditional tongues are) was the problem. I returned them and bought a Traditions model instead which fits him well.

As others mentioned, the shoelace holes rip open making the shore useless. I went to tighten the laces the third round I had them and the lace ripped right through the plastic lace hole. Foot joy asked me to take a knife or scissors to the toes of the shoe which is made of waterproof material and difficult/dangerous to do and take a picture and to prove they were destroyed before they would replace. The picture of the shoelace hole destroyed apparently wasn't enough. Bizarre. Got the new pair and they've held up to date, but be careful in tightening the shoes, you might just rip through the hole.

I haven't found better shoes than Foot Joy. These are a prime example. They're more comfortable than my regular sneakers.

These are clearly a high-quality shoe. However, as someone with a EEE width foot, I was unable to get the "extra wide" shoe on. The issue is that, while the body of the shoe may be wide, the collar is NOT, and is made with one-piece construction that cannot expand. I would say these may be fine shoes, but if you have a wide foot, do not assume the wide version of this model will work for you.

I have high arches. I wear a 2E in some shoe brands to accommodate the arch. I often get pain right on top of my arch because the shoe doesn't have enough volume. The 11.5 normal fits great, as good as my 11.5 2E New Balance. I can't stress enough, take advantage of buy two return one policy Footjoy has or go to a store. The big downside to online is very specific things like shoes, can be a pain. Shoes are personal. These could be awful for you. I bought an on sale Footjoy spikeless online and suffice it to say despite the fact that it's the same size I should have gotten a wide or maybe ultra wide. Can't stress enough how important it is to try them. Even among brands, sizes are different. I walk, and I actually like a little heavier and firmer shoe, for long walking it helps keep my body in the right positions to minimize pain. That said, these are heavy and firm. I like it, and it works for my swing. That stability is actually reducing pain that far lighter and more flexible shoes have exacerbated. The reviews about them sitting a bit high off the ground are true. But again I actually like this. It helps me feel when I have proper weight distribution. The knitted sock isn't an issue. Not sure what issue people are having getting their shoes on. I like that sort of tightness up top and since it's elastic it's easy enough to get my foot in but also feel good and supportive on my ankle. I also bought black, I get people like to show off style, but you're probably walking through goose droppings. Whites going to show dirt, even leather can stain. I wouldn't buy white shoes regardless. These clean up easily enough after use, save yourself the headache, buy darker colors. Stability is the key factor, and I really like that. I'd say what's keeping it from 5 stars is that I'd like to see one more spike under the toe. But I really like this shoe and was happy with the buy two return one Footjoy offered.

The style I'm talking about is the # 51123 White, after cleaning them and letting them dry the shoes now have a light pink color by the ankle.collar on both shoes that I can't get out. My other pair style # 51124 when cleaned look good. I've only worn the White pair once and only cleaned them once with the same mild soap. What gives FJ ???

Have gone back to wearing Footjoy's after a few years away, and quite simply, these are one of the best shoes I've owned. They are comfortable, stable, lightweight and fully waterproof. The only one criticism is the upper mesh / sock liner. This gets incredibly dirty and grubby quite quickly and I have already had to scrub them with detergent. I have only worn them for around 8-10 rounds in reasonable British weather and they have really trapped the dirt. Buying and wearing a white pair should really be reserved for clean dry conditions. I have also found that they trap dirt / debris between the lace support and side of the shoe which has stained the material, therefore a black pair would probably have been more sensible. Apart from that, I would recommend them 100%!

Absolutely sharp looking shoe and extremely comfortable. Have played two rounds so far and don't even know I have them on!! Great traction to boot. Note on sizing... I'm typically a 13 4E and was able to go with a 12 Extra Wide.

These are the best golf shoes I ever purchased. I love the high-tech design and higher cutoff line from traditional shoes. Guarantees that your socks don't get wet. The most important parts are comfort, stability, and performance. The orthotic insoles are so comfortable. After 1 practice session, my feet molded-in perfectly. The bottom of the shoes are perfect combination of stability and traction. One thing FJ can improve upon is the flex material around the ankle. It gets dirty easily.

I just purchased the HyperFlex Carbon golf shoe. The size 14 fits me perfectly. For some reason, my foot has not stopped growing. It's true, it takes a little effort to get on, but the comfort is over the top. I'm heading to Scotland next week for a week of golf, so the waterproof tops will be needed. Thank you FootJoy. I hope to sway someone else to give this shoe a try.
