It is bigger than I thought it would be. Also thinner.

The color is super cute. Kind of light in color which makes me nervous. Also, the overall quality of the jacket seems light and not as sturdy as I remember the black jacket I used to have being. For it being almost $200 it seems like I could have bought like a few knock offs and they would have been almost the same in quality. Hope it's not why it was on sale. But oh well! I still bought it!

Fits on the large side. A bit stiff. Definitely like my Osito better!

The fit is boxy and square and wind seems to go right through it. I'm very disappointed. Seems they changed from the original design.

A lot of people have complained about this, comparing it to their prior version. I didn't have the other version, but I do agree w/the comments that say the fit is loose. The shoulders are boxy too and it overall does feel stiff. I like the loose fit, but not the square shoulders. Also, I feel the breeze come right through me on windy days. It's not worth returning, but this is probably the 'worst' or least favorite item I've ever purchased from North Face.

This is my third Northface Denali. I am a size 14, 5'5. My old breast cancer Denali is XL. It is tight when I zip it (38DD). E I gave it to my mom and got the new breast cancer one. I ordered an XXL. It's pretty big, on me. The sleeves are a little too long on me. The body is kinda baggy. I pulled the strings to tighten the jacket up. I tried it on with a sweatshirt and it was still bigger. This breast cancer ribbon sells out quick, I'm going to ask my seamstress to take it in a little bit. The jacket is really soft. The hot pink pops on the black. I'm still happy with the jacket, it's just a bigger fit.

I had a blue Northface jacket like this one; however this one is made of fleece and recycled material. I have no idea what will happen to it if it gets wet.

I would have purchased this if it had a hood. The new style denali doesn't have the tightening strings at the hips- only at the waist, but this one does, but no hood.

Runs big, feels stiff.

I had high expectations for this jacket after reading the reviews but I tried it on the first night it arrived and stood on my porch where it was 37 degrees and slightly breezy but not windy. The wind went straight through this jacket. It is more of a mid layer and for that purpose you may as well just wear a sweater or sweatshirt. I didn't expect this to sub for a winter coat but I definitely expected it to hold heat better. The fit was as expected and decent but nothing exceptional.

Very light jacket. It was huge and looked square. I was expecting a bit of feminine contouring.

Why did you get rid the Denali with a hood? Got rid of my old one, went to get a new one only to find the updated version. It fits completely different, and doesn't feel like the same fit. There was nothing wrong with the old hooded Denali, why change it????

Love my Denali bought this one to replace the one I had for 5 years. It's very light but warm for me.

Keeps you warm I guess but an absolute lint magnet or a jacket. Hope you don't have pets. Will be returning.

I've seen nurses wear them a lot and instantly loved it. I decided to order one and I'm so disappointed I looked at the views and they were most of all good. I'm 5ft (ordered a small) and it's made so poorly. My sleeves are huge, it's not fitted, it made me looked so squared and was overall so uncomfortable. I would not dare to run or hike with this or would wear it to a causal day. I'm going to return it and hope I can find a better jacket!

Feel cheap I have one I got ten years back it is thicker

The fit was nothing like the original Denali. I would normally where a small. The collar looked like bat wings. Not impressed at all. Bring back the original. I sent it back.

I can't believe we're just accepting to pay a high price for an item that is made of recycled materials. It's just the same with tennis shoes, more than 80% of athletic shoes are made from recycled materials and fabric. I get that we need to be more conscious and take care of the earth by recycling, but I would appreciate it if I could have something that's made from brand new, clean materials.
