I highly recommend this shoe. I went from the Kinvara 12 to this, and it is exactly the updated shoe I was looking for. Before this shoe came out I was looking for something with the same 4mm drop with just a touch more cushion under foot. I put about 400 miles on my 12s over the 2022 season and I am very much looking forward to seeing how far I can push the 14s.

I've had many pairs and these are just what I needed. The red is actually better irl than in pictures.

Bought the 14s a few weeks ago and have put 25is miles under them so far. I LOVE them. They are insanely light, firm but cushioned, sole has nice rebound and stiffness to it. The upper is a pretty fine mesh, extremely breathable. The additional sole cushion is executed well on the 14s. The 13s feel much thinner but no lighter. The 14s additional sole thickness isn't as extreme as pictures online look. It is MORE than the 13 and previous models, but we aren't dealing with Hokas or anything here. The 14s seem to be a great balance of weight, stiffness, cushion and well, pretty much everything. My only complaint so far is the uppers are so thin the laces can easily dig into your feet if you tend to winch your laces down tightly. Otherwise I have zero complaints.

In the beginning, I hesitated about the obvious changes compared with the previous model. After running with them more than 50 miles, I just can say that I was wrong, the changes are making this shoe more congruent, with a broader base and the 4 mm drop is a pleasure for midfoot strikers, the firmness and the bounce is just perfect, more what do you expect for a shoe of this price. I use to wear the wide option in the previous model on this I am pretty fine with the standard. I hope you can try this shoes actually running , because is not the type of shoe that you love at the first sight. For some reason after some miles the feeling is very similar compared with the previous Kinvara

A fantastic update. Firm cushion that's resilient in a very comfortable great looking shoe. Plenty of feel for the ground. Flexible with decent minimal support and just enough protection underfoot. Good job Saucony.

Fast and unstructured, these will not make it past 300 miles. Avoid if you are seeking a plush and/or supportive ride. Otherwise, great no-frills options.

My previous shoe, the Kinvara 13 lasted 1300 km, these 14's were used on the indoor track for 5 months and I destroyed the uppers after just 3 months or 500 km. Not good.

Purchased my first K14's MAY '23. They remain in good shape. Light weight, comfort, stable for active wear. I liked them so much I purchased a second pair (enroute). On my feet 2/3 of the day and these K14s are superior to all other athletic shoe I own, (Adidas, Nike, Puma, Hoka). No need for orthotic inserts.

They serve the purpose, it is sad that the endorphin shift was discontiued, leaving the only choice of a 4mm drop to the old kinvara14

Overall the shoes are quite good. I use them for my uptempo runs from 6-10 miles. They are responsive, and have enough cushion. They do not feel like they are bottoming out which I experienced on the Kinvara 13s.
One negative is how narrow these shoes are. I experienced numb feet on my first few runs no matter how loose I tied the laces. I eventually had to replace the insoles with a pair from some old running shoes. The peba foam insoles are very comfortable and add some extra pop, however they make the midfoot far to cramped and had to be taken out for me.
Overall they are a great pair of shoes, but they are too narrow with the original insoles.

Love the shoe's look and it feels great on my foot. Low drop promotes a forefoot stride which I value. Cushioning is sufficient without being too soft. My only wish would be a tad more energy return. Otherwise, I am enjoying the shoe after 40 miles.

Great look! Very comfortable with excellent heel padding/cushion. But it was a little light on ankle support.

Rate 4.5 out of 5. I've stuck with this brand/model for a couple of years now, as my everyday trainer. I'm on my second pair of the 14 series, and with every new pair I'm reminded why I love them. Very lightweight, breathable uppers suitable for warmer weather. It's an excellent mix of between a responsive, grounded sole that offers some cushion and comfort. My only complaint would be the mileage factor. There's a considerable drop off in sole comfort at around 400 miles. I've easily stretched other shoes to close to 600 miles. These feel completely flat at around 400 miles, and it's been consistent with every pair (8) I've owned.

These are really nice light shoes. I found them to be a little narrow in the toe box, however, at a 4 mm heel drop I found them to be perfect. However, the heels are very firm actually too firm for me. I found that my heels were hurting when I was walking so it’s something that I can’t use. I have HL in both of my big toes and that’s the reason for the 4 mm offset which works great
If the heels were padded a little bit more.
I'd also recommend:

I got it for a really low price up here in Canada. I have walked with it on the treadmill and I like the really thick cushioning. It's too early to give a complete feedback..but I like the Slimegreen color..and so far..so good!

I really like the shoe! keep doing the 4mm drop and very light shoes please :)
Only four star as I'm worried that the outsole does not last too long but well.. so far so good after couple of runs. Will see long term. Feel slightly bigger than my endorphin's models for the same size but still ok

Super light and high performance, they feel incredibly quick. Not the tightest fit, but very comfortable and no rubbing. Potential Marathon race shoe, interested to learn how they hold up over bigger distances

Very light and comfortable shoe. They were engineered just right for my foot because every step I feel supported and the cushioned soul makes walking around in these shoes very easy

Don't listen to the hate it's just a slightly bouncier Kinvara 13 that doesn't tear as easily.

New to Kinvaras. It seems the OG Kinvara user doesn't seem to enjoy this version. I like it. It's light. It's lively. It provides a decent amount of cushioning for longer efforts. It kind of has become my 'go to' for anything blow 15ish kms and all speed work. I enjoy the secure fit and breathability of the upper. It's just a simple, enjoyable shoe at a reasonable price point. I can't yet comment on wear, but I believe it will outlast my last pair of Rincon 3s which I used in similar situations. I bought a second pair in a different colorway I enjoyed them so much.

This shoe feels amazing and really lightweight if you like feeling that your actually running on ground and not just gliding on clouds this is the shoe for you good for speed workouts mainly but overall can be used as a daily trainer all around which I have done have used it for my long runs as well and loved them . I would have given it a 5 star if it's wasn't for the shoe ripping a bit on the side after my 3rd use maybe something to do with quality control but even so I still use the shoe like that since it isn't a big deal but still bothers me that it ripped a bit haha

I've been running in the new Kinvara 14's for a while now, and they are definitely different than all the preceding generations by a lot. I am OK with the changes because I probably need the increased cushioning (I'm 72 and walk/run daily for about 3 miles), but the great Kinvara road feel is gone. They still have the 4mm drop, but the overall stack height is greater, as is the much more substantial insert. Once you start running in them, they are OK, and they definitely work well with a mid foot gait, and they feel fast, but they feel a bit clunky, too, for lack of a better word. The traction is great, and the toe box is consistent with earlier generations. Lacing takes some getting used to, and I prefer the lacing system and the thicker tongue of the 13's. A real plus is the functional finger pull on the heal that helps you slip on and off the shoe. My one complaint about earlier Kinvaras is that they broke down so fast. Maybe these will last longer. I did notice that Saucony now offers a very inexpensive Convergence running shoe that looks almost identical to the earlier Kinvaras. I wonder if they are made with the same quality materials as the old Kinvaras? Might be worth looking at if the Kinvara 14's disappoint.

Everything that Saucony promises in the write up! Fits to size, light, responsive and flowing. Comfortable on the heel and midsole. Only slight issue with the outer support on the front outsole that pushes up slightly on the pinky toe metatarsal. Causes cramping and discomfort in the one foot on longer runs. Adjusting the foot bed to see if it brings relief.
