I run 40-60 miles/week, split between road and trail. My main races are trail ultramarathons, generally finish somewhere in the middle. I tried the Blaze TR because I wanted a reasonably lightweight, cushioned, and fast feeling shoe for longer trail runs. I use the Peregrine for shorter and faster runs, Xodus Ultra 2 for hikes, backpacking, and fastpacking, Endorphin Rift for long technical runs, and Endorphin Edge for racing. The Blaze weighs like a Peregrine but sits between the Peregrine and Xodus Ultra in cushioning. The toebox is slightly wider than the Xodus Ultra 2, which I like, the cushioning is not too soft or firm, and I can pick up the pace on long runs without feeling like I'm fighting the shoe like in the Xodus Ultra which excels at cruising. Overall quite happy with the Blaze and plan to pick up another pair.

Around 60-70 miles into these and they are great. My terrain is desert with lots of rock and sand, and a recent race was in the forest trails. Felt great so far on any of those.

Perfect Toe Box, excellent support, the right amount of cushion = perfect shoe for my foot.

So comfortable. I had mild pins and needles the first day or two but they fit perfectly. Saucony is a family tradition. Don't change a thing. I always fit true to size. You're paying for the name when you buy Nike and Addidas. Go for Saucony and maybe New Balance 2nd. This is a great sneaker. They will last a year easily.

Shoe is nice but the sizing is different than other Saucony running shoes. These seem about a half size larger or so. I have been using them hoping that they would tighten up some but so far they have not.

I was searching for a cushioned , trail shoe that I can wear at work at certain times, and finally found them . Ive always worn Saucony to run,now I have a great comfort work shoe as well.

Happy with the shoes, but the delivery time was too long.
