Good- looks more upscale than most. Travels well and can expand the flap straps to hold sweater and earphones etc. Bad: hardly any padding under laptop and this is a big issue for me. I try to put extra padding at the bottom but it doesn't stay put. Also, the charger is never used and nat appreciated.

I found the front of the bag is scratched when the parcel was opened while the box wasn't damaged :-(

- stability of shoulder belt is not perfect
- price is high comparing to the benefits and value or the item
