this bag is large enough to hold things like a light cardigan and a water bottle without being overwhelmingly large like a work tote. the knot details are really cute (and sewn into pace so that they don't fall out!), and the unfinished interior make it stand out just right. the black leather has a gentle sheen but it's not super thick, so the material is quite pliable and comfy! i do wish the pocket on the inside was more ergonomic - it's not really well attached to the bag so i've got to fumble to get items into it. still otherwise very well designed!

This bag is beautiful. It can fit notebooks/books, a small clutch, and even a smaller laptop (Microsoft SurfaceI have no idea what size, maybe the medium one; though I haven't used the bag to carry my laptop long distances like as in a commute).
