Bought these to use early mornings with lots of dew and for colder weather and after three rounds they are working out fine. Their warm also thanks to the insulation and seem to be water tight.

Used the boots for the 1st time this morning. Foggy damp morning at sunrise and the course was very wet.
Temperature was around 50.
My feet would have been soaked but the waterproofing and insulation kept my feet dry and toasty.

I preferred the looks and the "High Top" Stormwalker over the Pro/SLX but the Stormwalker did not come in an Xtra Wide. So, unfortunately I had to return the Stormwalker and buy the Pro/SLX.

Quality boot, good wet traction, good stability, very warm and comfortable. Issue is when raining the tongue/ upper lets water in. This is a good boot to use in muddy/ damp conditions, but in a full out rain storm I would use a different shoe, top of socks is wet by end of round.

Very comfortable boot which I have worn six times now including a few rounds in very wet underfoot conditions. I did have once instance walking on sodden ground where water appears to have entered the boot at the base of the tongue causing dampness to the top of my foot. However, this was extremely wet ground. I do hope I do not experience the same when playing in the rain.

Great boot. Solid construction. Fit is medium width. I would prefer a wide fit but FJ told me that s wide fit is not an option.

I received these winter waterproof boots as a present. The boots fit okay, and kept my feet warm and dry during winter golf in the PNW, for about a year. This winter I noticed on rainy days in Seattle, the boots would leak, and get the top of my foot wet. Further investigation, I notice that the lowest laces holes were open to the inner boot, so water was leaking through those holes, once the laces got soaked. I contacted Footjoy and sent them pictures, and now they are sending me new boots. Great customer service. Hopefully they fixed that design flaw.

Not as good as the previous model 50090K. Look and feel cheaper, worn once resulting in wet feet. Wish they would come up with something less designer and more practical. Its supposed to be a waterproof golf boot, how hard can it be.

The shoe works as wet weather shoe however the lace system and design of the ankle closure is uncomfortable and distracting. Insulation not as warm as winter cycling shoes I have.

Unfortunately the boots were just a little too small. I would like to try the next size but have to wait for a refund. Why can't there be a option to order the next size without having to wait for the refund and then order again. I may now go to another shop.

Bought these to replace a similar pair which had started leaking after five or more years! Wore these on damp ground for 13 holes and 2 holes in the rain and my feet were soaked! Returned for refund.

Love how they keep my feet warm, but within 4 rounds I've had 4 spike break off and two of them I'm unable to replace. Don't think I'll be buying again.

the Stormwalker seems well made and excellent choice for winter golf on frozen turf. However, for me the boot ran smaller than the FJ Contour Casuals that I've worn for years. I'm on my third pair of Casuals and each fit perfect right out of the box. The Stormwalker was significantly smaller and therefore returned.

I love Footjoy golf gear. I have 3 pairs of their golf shoes and therefore bought a pair of their Stormwalkers for Winter golf. Very comfortable golf boots. I was shocked and extremely disappointed when my feet got cold and wet whilst wearing them on the course. Water leaked in when splashed up from my trolley wheels or from dropping
from my waterproof trousers. There are two holes, one either side of the tongue below the level of the laces which let in water. A very very poor design. They only let in water that lands on the surface above the laces but they DO LET IN WATER.

First the good news - they are waterproof. However, my feet get wetter than normal on a wet day because the boots make my feet sweat so much. That is very unusual, the first time I can remember it happening, which suggests it is the product (and the thinsualte insulation footjoy have added) rather than my feet. I addition this is the first pait of footjoys I have bought which are actually uncomfortable (no wide option). So, wet feet with a blistered toe - no I wont be buying these again.

I have already left one report. DO NOT BUY THESE if you are going to play in rain or on a wet course. Twice they have been returned & twice FJ say there okay?? Wet socks & feet to the point I took my boots off and left foot marks on the shop floor in the pro shop. I have photos but FJ say there okay. None, I repeat NONE of my other shoes let water ingress into the shoes.
I find it disrespectful that FJ just say we tested there okay, yet I have a video of taking them off in the pro shop with water/mud marks on my socks & FJ say there okay??? And will not offer a refund after just four rounds
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

If you have to walk across wet grass which is above ankle height or play in the rain and water accumulates on top of the boot they will leak and the top of your foot will be soaked. After a thorough investigation water ingress is through the two eyelets, which inexplicably, have been created by perforating the base of the boot tongue, which forms a principal waterproof membrane. Water naturally moves to the lowest point, which on this boot is right where the eyelets are, any resting water at the bottom of the tongue is drawn in as you walk as suction is naturally created by the movement of your foot in the boot.

I bought these & on the first round second hole they were letting water in. I returned them to the pro at the end of the round. He returned them to FJ who tested them & said they were ok? I then used them again for a second round and again they let water in?? Now I am awaiting the outcome with my Pro who is away currently but FJ said we have done our tests & they are okay? But for two round my feet were wet?? My traditions shoes are okay on the same course under the same conditions?? I await FJ's reply to my comments
