I am in love with these loafers. They are so comfortable and look great.

Love the Penny Loafer! The fit is great and the small gold edging makes it very stylish and a fresh new look. I highly recommend this shoe.

Very confortable winter shoes

These loafers are cute and comfortable, although I had to size up a half size. I knew they didn't come with the metal toe, but they would be a lot more stylish if they did.

Love these shoes. They are fun and classy at the same time. Also very comfortable. Sadly mine did not come with the gold strip in front. Feel like that would have added a little something. But I will still keep them.

It does not run true to size. I take a 7 1/2 and was very tight! I had to return. I must say it really is a good looking shoe, but advertising with a gold strip on front toe. When received there is no gold.

Like others, mine are missing the gold toe detail! I thought this might happen due to all the reviews with the same problem, but I chanced it because I have these shoes in pink and they are extremely comfortable. I've been waiting for them to come back in stock in black. I will still keep them because of the comfort, but the gold detail really added that extra something. If they had the gold part this would be 5 STARS! Also, when I rechecked the website today, I noticed they had CHANGED THE PRODUCT PICTURE to reflect the missing gold detail!!! When I bought them about a week ago, the picture 100% had the gold part. It rubs me the wrong way that Cole Haan knows about this issue and sold me a pair of shoes that are not as pictured. I called customer service and the representative was really nice but didn't offer to do anything except exchange them for a new pair, which aren't guaranteed to have the gold part either, especially now that they changed the picture. That makes me think it's a problem with all the shoes.

But the pic on ur site shows golden toe sole. The actual shoe has no such piece. Also ur shoe chart is incorrect. Based on your chart I would have bought size American 8. Luckily I have other cole haan shoes and bought size 9.5. They fit. I love Cole Haan shoes. Comfortable durable beautiful.

These shoes are super nice & stylish, however they are not great if you're on your feet all day. I work in the restaurant industry & I brought them because of such great reviews, but I do not recommend them for all day. The fit is good the shoes are true to size, & now that Ive been wearing them for weeks now they have stretched out & have widen up giving my feet good space.

I found that I am a solid size 8 in CH. This shoe proved me wrong. Like others have mentioned, the toe box is not comfortable at all, it is far too narrow. I have a very normal width foot and this shoe is just not a good fit. Unless you have a super narrow foot do not buy.

On pictures they look black but the are light Navy blue
