Pretty good inner jacket used it at seaworld, knots, universal studios, and Disney with 43-55 degrees cold wind. Kept me warm. Yet to use the outer shell but both being water prof definitely helps keep the cold out. And it doesn't make you hot. Will definitely be using it for west cost adventures

I wore this for spring skiing. Small issue with the zipper not working properly one time, but did not happen again. No storage pockets other than exterior pockets. More ideal for rain, not for skiing.

Was a not happy that the ThermoBall inner jacket sleeves have zero stitching. So does not have the puffer look. But that also makes the jacket loud in the wind. Also a bummer. The outer shell is what i thought so that is great. I have an older snowboarding version of the same thing with a true thermoball puffer inner jacket. Really thought was getting the same this time..

Review for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)
Jacket feels and looks good but it is lighter and thinner than I expected. Hard to imagine it keeping me warm in freezing temperatures. Also, upon arrival, the inside jacket had a tear on the back. The material seemed thin and likely to tear again, so not thrilled about the quality.

Bought as a replacement on a TNF warranty claim. What happened to the exterior chest pocket? My old jacket had one! When wearing a watch, difficult to take jacket off because sleeve of Thermoball liner gets stuck. Only a sliver of velcro on the sleeve straps. Seems like cheaper quality.

This was a gift for my dad (size 3x). It zipped/looked good, but restricted his arm movement and was too snug to layer. Ultimately returned - too tight to be comfortable. Otherwise, he loved it.

I had to return the product due to ordering the wrong jacket. It was a nice jacket and I would have used it to stay warm during the PNW rainy winters.

I bought this jacket and it didn't come with the liner. I would like to get one. XXL black.

Nice jacket overall. But it did not have insulated pocket which was really a disappointment. It also did not have a third zipper pocket. It had a few zipper pockets in the show but that was really inconvenient. I returned it to the North face store, for a try climate jacket with an insulated pocket.. and some additional velcro pockets.

Casual use. Stylish design. Way overpriced for the quality. Equal or better products with more economically priced brands. Very disappointed.

This can be considered a joint review for the Clement Triclimate jacket, the Mountain light Triclimate Gore Tex jacket, the Thermoball Eco Triclimate jacket and the Side Cut Gore Tex jacket, as over the past month I've owned and returned all of them, as I don't believe any of them are remotely worth the prices tnf is charging for them. In virtually every aspect the quality of The North Face has dropped dramatically compared to just eight years ago. The shells on all the jackets were unbelievably thin, not retaining warmth and barely resisting moisture. Many short cuts and compromises are obvious in the construction resulting in a product that feels cheap and flimsy, a far cry from what the company was producing a decade ago. The zippers struggle to catch and it's awkward to work them up the front of the jackets. The overall sizing of each jacket was awkward and inconsistent, all of them trending too small, another hallmark of cheap, uninvolved garment manufacturing. The drawstrings all loosen with the slightest bit of movement, thus exposing the wearer to cold wind. Another thing older tnf products never did. Both the gore Tex and DryVent shells, regardless of the material composition and density are unbelievably thin across all the jackets I tried. And to top it all off, despite producing products that are only 30 to 40 percent the quality of past years, the prices for tnf products are higher than ever. As it stands, I'll never purchase another North Face product, and cannot recommend them to anyone.

I don't understand why TNF insists on making Large what is basically XL in other brands. Medium tends to be on the smaller side, and Large is exponentially bigger. This is stupid, I can't buy anything from TNF anymore.

The website is very misleading. Looked like item was on-sale, when Apple Pay transaction came through item was full price. People may not realize this if they are not paying attention to there statements.
