LOVE THIS so worth it! Has so many different pockets and everything and is super sturdy.

We'll see how well this holds up to daily use. I'm not happy with the quality of the work.

It was not the same color as advertised. First time out of many orders that left me disappointed.

It's has no give to the material.

The bag is beautiful. But, the zipper on top to open is not long enough to get items in and out of the bag. I will be returning the bag.

I purchased one of these a couple of years ago, and these were smaller than it was. I was very disappointed.

It was not what i thought it was. Pretty flimsy construction. Doubt i will use it. A friend had bought a Vera Bradley similar size bag. Looked and felt very sturdy. This one is not.

Shame on you Vera Bradley for this kind of mark up. Didn't even change the picture. Just photoshopped a T on there.

This was not the item that I thought it had ordered. I thought I had ordered a small handbag not this large travel bad. I would like to return it. Can I do this with the monogram on it? Please respond about what I should do to return it.

Cancelled my monogram order a week before Christmas. Poor job. Not even a coupon code or anything. Poor job.

Was looking for the really large duffel but this is not it

I ordered this duffel bag back in August. While traveling in Europe last month, the bag broke. The zipper toggles came completely off the track and couldn't be put back on. I ordered another bag after I came home from Europe though I'm still not happy. I've tried contacting customer service but to no avail.

could not give 0 stars. i ordered a monogrammed bag for my granddaughter. twice sent to me with NO monogram. i returned both unmonogrammed bags back. first person said they were sorry and she'd see to it that the second time it would be right but it wasn't.

Wish they had better colors. The tan is a very unattractive brown. Bone or light gold would have been so much nicer

Bought the grey duffle bag as a Christmas gift for my 15 yr old granddaughter. She doesn't like it I would like to return it.

Initials were not put on bag. Not happy.

The fist time I used the bag the zippers came off. Noticed where the zipper meets the fabric of the bag there was a tear. This was done by simply zipping and unzipping the bag. Poorly made for the price. I would not recommend it!

Returned item. Looks like a white/off white in picture. Color is definitely a light purple. Didn't care for it!
