It's a great shoe and keeps my feet warm and dry in cold and wet rainy days. It felt a little bit softer than Endorphins Speed 2, but it is still a great shoe. You can do from easy to fast-paced runs in this shoe, and this will excel.

This shoe is amazing for fall and winter cold days. Awesome performance for speed training, threshold running and intervals. Great great great. Absolutely satisfied with my purchase. Ran with this in wet rainy weather of Pacific Northwest and it was amazingly performed.

I switched to Endo Speed 3's last year as I like the fit, weight & especially the quality foam cushioning. Own three pairs and just purchased these for cold/windy runs. Very glad they now offer more masculine look over the original flowered design. Why not call it "steel blue" rather than this silly name tho? No BD.

I bought these shoes to run my first marathon, which I promised my father I would run before he passed away. I was shocked when I read the fitting Robert Frost poem on the tongue, as my father was a fan of Frost and this poem. Thank you for a great shoe which will help me keep my promise!

Great winter running shoe. Feet stay dry in the slush and warm down to -30 C. I wouldn't consider running in the cold and snow without them.

Fantastic all round pair of shoes! With the comfort of runshield my feet stay warm and dry without sacrificing the benefits of the standard speed 3.
Yes the runshields are slightly heavier with the waterproof upper but it's such a small price to pay for keeping my feet warm and dry and not noticeable.
I have logged just over 150kms so far and been through slush, snow, wet roads and freezing temps. These are a fantastic winter shoe. Highly recommended!

Wow, I thought the Speed 2 was good but the Speed 3 with RUNSHIELD is amazing! My feet used to be frozen for the first five miles of a 30-some degree long run. I can now feel my feet during the entire run! The cushioning is great, the heel fit is improved and the shoe has more toe room than the Speed 2.

All the enjoyment of the Endorphin Speed but with a water resistant upper. The outsole grip was perfect around the slushy conditions within the city. Kept my feet dry despite being water "resistant" rather than "proof". Surprisingly light despite the stout upper.

I purchased these for a trail race (that was 90% in the grass). I really don't like when my socks and feet get soaking wet - these did the trick. My normal race shoe is Endorphin Pro, but these felt great on my feet and think they will add a layer of warmth as the temps start to drop.

I've got about 50 miles in them so far and they feel a little narrower than last years. I'm not sure if they changed anything in them but they do seem a bit more narrow. I would order half a size bigger than usual if ordering again.

Great shoe but I have encountered A problem with rubbing in the Achilles area which has led to a bad blister on my right foot. An internal bumper in the shoe would most likely avert that problem.

I got these shoes from my local running store and they have been a great shoe so far. Where I'm located, when it rains, it pours. The RUNSHILED on this shoe keeps water out fine for the first 10 minutes or so but after that, it soaks through like mesh. The midsole is light and snappy and is the highlight of the shoe. The winged plate adds a great level of stability. The heel cushion is great but the forefoot cushion is lacking due to the Saucony Speedroll technology. The outsole durability is not bad. I've put almost 50 miles on the shoes so far and they have no signs of wear, even on the foam. The Pwrrun PB pellets do get quite dirty around the outsole and bottom part of the midsole but that's about it. Great shoe overall, keep it up Saucony.

I bought these a few weeks ago and they run great. I do not recommend a runners loop because it causes pain the in ankle instead of support its almost like the cut is too high on the ankle. Additionally, this isn't anything important but the color way is not my favorite especially with the floral or forage looking mesh on the inside. Just a little thing but overall the shoe preforms great.

This is a very comfortable shoe however the yellow tread is coming loose in a place that's not getting much road contact. I have not experienced this with my previous endorphins

In January 2023 I put a little over 80 miles in a pair of Endorphin Speed 3 Runshields that I had picked up and my local nationwide outdoor coop. I had a pair of regular Endorphin Speed 3s that I really enjoyed and was looking forward to a winter shoe that both stays soft when it gets cold (thanks pwrrunpb!) and keeps me warm and most importantly dry on wet or slushy days.
The fit, despite being less stretchy with the runshield upper, was good with adequate room for my toes AND thicker socks. The midsole was soft and remained bouncy. And the upper was warm! The outsole is a bit wanting, and additional (and softer) rubber coverage like the Shift 3 provides would be a welcome upgrade when it comes to confidence when it's wet, leafy, or otherwise slippery.
One issue remained however and it bore the name, wet feet. Even in a light drizzle water would come into the shoe through the vamp (aka toebox or toe area) with less than 10 minutes of running. I wore gaiters, and it still happened. The shoe wasn't dirty (visibly), and when I reached out to Saucony for support and instructions to clean the upper and maintain or rejuvenate the DWR (durable water resistance) coating, they told me to just wipe the shoe with a clean cloth.
If this shoe got upgraded with a gore-tex treatment, like the Peregrine, even just in the forefoot/vamp area, it would keep the promise that's been made to customers by the marketing team.

I love the endorphin speed line! However not the speed 3. I am training for a marathon for context, I put over 300 miles on my speed 2s and wanted to try out the new speed 3 run shields as I live in Oregon and it rains a lot. The problem I had was with the heel durability. I don't like the new tread pattern or how the rubber is inside the foam on the outside due to causing rapid wear! The speed 2s lasted 150 miles before showing any heel wear (except the exposed foam obviously) however after the 1st long run of 16 miles there was immediate heel wear. I will not be buying anymore speed 3s they are a waste of money as the durability sucks. I will say the runshield is actually waterproof which is really nice and the cushion in the shoe is good but again nothing better than the speed 2s, a little wider at the heel with foam outside the rubber causing wear problems. Just go back to the old speed 2 outsole and update the midsole with more stack height or leave it alone either way but the new set up is not good.

This is the first pair of "real" running shoes I've purchased. Overall I'm very pleased with the support and feel of the sole/rocker. Only issue for me is the upper is cut a little high and gets into my ankle bone a bit.

I have had this about a month if that and the bottom is completely destroyed. It is not waterproof as it say just water resistant which is what I expect but I did expect it to last at least 300 miles not 50. Very disappointing
