They looked good but they were too lose in length and my toes were smashed from the sides.

Safety toe is bent in to far on the Left boot. Both medium width and extra wide didn't change my toe hitting the inside of steel toe and the boot was ripped.

Boots did not come as a matching pair sizes different even though marked as the same size. and both were too large.

I got the box and there were two different boots in side. the colors were different they were both marked as the same style and size but the sizes were different between the shoes.

Boots were way too big

Was a little hesitant to buy them based on reviews but gave them a shot,I absolutely love them because it gives great foot support while giving that nice look to it,I stand for about 12 hours a day at work so comfort was a big thing and these have not dissapointed!

Let’s get the negative out of the way first: they do feel like they run a liiiiittle too big, but not so bad that it feels awkward. And that is all for the negative. The leather has been breaking in remarkably quickly. I’ve only done 1 coat of bick 4 oil on them. I have seldom had new boots that my feet weren’t screaming in by the end of the day. The memory foam insole actually supports pretty well, and even after a 10 hour shift on concrete, my feet (and knees, for that matter) still feel great at the end of the day. They don’t seem to run too particularly warm, either, which is nice. Also want to mention they have a “distressed” or “worn” look to them when new, and I think that adds a great aesthetic appeal to them. All in all, a great boot that I have already been recommending to people.

These are surprisingly comfortable for work boots. I replaced the insoles with gel insoles and they're the best boots!

Great boot! Order a half size smaller for yourself! Very sexy style with the flags on the front and back. I get compliments on them constantly when I take them off or am sitting down and they show. Arch support is okay. Maybe put an insert in to snug them up a bit and give better support. other than that I have nothing bad to say about them. I recommend these boots to everyone!!

Fits perfect as I never own a pair of cowboy style boots. This helps prevent wearing boots with laces as you can just slip them on and off without a hassle.

Really well made shoe, but they are heavy and don't breath well.

so many reviews talk about large the sizes run in this boot. It was a little wider than normal. I need a 13 EEE. The widest they have is the EE. These are definitely wider than EE. Now about the quality of the boots. If I had seen these on a store shelf I probably would have walked away and left them on the shelf. The fit and finish just wasn't very impressive at all. The leather was extremely dry. So dry that that a small piece appeared to have just chipped off. I treated them with a good leather conditioner and that seems to have helped. I will need to treat again in a day or so. We will see how the break in goes. I think they should hold up well. They just seem over priced for what they are....

Insoles feel as if they were made of gravel. Sent these back twice for fitment issues then just gave up and kept the last pair. Have no idea what will become of them as they are not comfortable enough to wear for a few minutes much less an entire shift. Hoping for something much better net time though finding comfortable boots from Zappos that fit has been a challenge.

Fits terribly and the inside is rough

Not even after 2 months of owning these boots my sole already came off, looks great but not durable whatsoever.

the left one fits perfectly because its a 10.5 D-medium width, wich is what i ordered, the right boot is a 10.5 EE-wide how are you going to seriously send someone 2 different sized boots... and i see on here it happens ALOT...extremely dissapointed.... would highly recommend Ariat boots to anyone thinking about buying Ross.
