Purchased online, so had no chance to try it on. I was looking for something that would work with my interchange shells to be my warm jacket for the winter. I have had it out a couple of times and it is very warm. It is my first down jacket and I'm impressed. Of course, now my hands are freezing as is my face in comparison to my chest. The jacket is a little puffy, not sure if that will lessen over time, but not the full-on Michelin-man look that some down coats have. Purchased on sale and very pleased as I am with my extensive collection of Columbia gear. (helped to live near a Columbia outlet)

Great jacket. Very warm and comfortable - heat seal and Omni Heat Infinity make a difference. Runs big. I wear XL in most coats and the L fits great.

Fantastic jacket, love the material very light and warm if it gets wet dries quick. Machine washable

Just got this jacket at the end of winter 2023. So far so good. Keeps me warm and comfortable. I'm a large but medium fits perfectly well.

The jacket has a unique color and the finishes are of the highest quality and can be used both on trips or on a daily basis. In conclusion the jacket is perfect.

Warm lightweight

Good fit compared to North Face jackets. 700 down fill power feels kinda thin. Does keep warm though to about 40+ degrees. Haven't tested below 20 degrees yet but per Columbia this is a level 3 warmth we will see. Overall good looking jacket just not sure if the level 3 rating would hold up to below 20 degree weather.

Fit was good, but oh my! That is one interior lining that makes a statement I don't want to make! Bright metallic gold interior. Very gawdy to me.

Bigger then other clothes of Columbia I have that are the same size. Its not okay.

The style and color are great. It's a roomy, boxy fit, but if you're layering it's fine. Like the chest pocket for my phone. Major downside is the outer material scuffs and stains too easily. Any rubbing or friction and it creates a wear point, including the seatbelt in your car! Very disappointing for the price. It's very lightweight, but the neck and collar are also very thin. I wear a lot of hoodies so it's not a huge bother to me. Seems odd to say but it's also very noisy, the heat shield on the inside makes it sound like you're wearing a trash bag. I'll finish out the season with this one and look elsewhere next fall for a replacement.

This coat does not live up to it's description. I have an 800 fill down jacket, kept me warm all winter. This 700 fill down coat is more suitable for spring or fall. Virtually no fill in the collar. The much hyped liner is like wearing a boy scout emergency survival blanket; showy, but no replacement for actual performance down fill.
