I’ve worn the Merrell Moab for years. I initially ordered this in my usual size, but it was very tight. I returned it for a full size larger (12 > 13) and now they fit quite comfortably.

The description mentioned the boots run small and suggested going a half size bigger. Unfortunately that option was not available so I order a whole size larger. It was too big.

I still prefer this brand

Comfortable boots that held up well in moderate rain and puddle jumping. Creek crossing was the limit to its waterproofing but that was expected. Liked the ontario boots a lot. Like these better.

I bought these specificly for a Mountain Trek. The whole trek was around 115 miles summiting 4 Mountains, and they where comfortable.
After I got back the fabric had ripped where the bottom lase connected.
I keep wearing the walking 3 miles about everyday.
The threading is coming undone.
I've owned them for less than 5 months.

I took my Merrell s to the snow on my first venture. W/ my feet fully in trenched in snow throughout the trip I felt not a single drop after 8 miles of hiking. No aches or pain in my feet

I purchased these shoes for my trip to Florence, Italy. I needed a high top for support for walking Cinque Terra. They are very light, very great. Fit my needs perfectly.

(Mine are the multicolored version) I love these shoes soooo much! They are my first venture into stylish shoes, and they required me to completely change my wardrobe - this was long overdue anyways. Super comfortable and fun to wear. I only wish they made a non-waterproof version, because I've found these to be hot to wear during the summertime. I live in Oregon, so I'm able to wear them 7-8 months out of the year without my feet getting hot.

Very comfortable and warm. I think the shoes are supportive and subtle enough to blend in with whatever outfit I wear.

I think these boots are great. Especially if you have to wear them for a long period. They are comfortable and lite. I forgot that I was wearing boots. Good Job

Super comfy and great for rocky terrain. Fit snugly and provide nice support for a hike among the hills.

Hiked seven days in Cotswolds with my Speed Solo Mid boots. Through sunshine, rain and rugged terrain they worked great.

Wasn't sure about these since there weren't many reviews. They are stylish and the materials are quality. Been on a few 6+ mile hikes already and they were comfortable plus dry in the snow. Would buy again.

Bought these is Boulder in August and have used them for several Colorado and Arizona hikes since then. No break in required, super comfortable, and supportive. I'm not thrilled with the fit around the ankle and the toe box feels a bit tight, especially in rocky descents. The tread feels great over rocky terrain and has held up well over the rocks and desert trails I've been on recently.

Great shoe! Comfortable and supportive on the ankles out of the box.
Love the color though some may be in different about it.
Only complaint is traction lacks when pavement is wet. It can get pretty slippery when walking on painted concrete and just wet concrete in generally.

First use was in Banff area. Very comfortable. No break in. Not a fan of the tongue design, but despite being a very comfortable shoe and soft feeling sole, they held up really well under foot over rocks, gravel, streams, steep inclines and steep declines. Happy with my purchase.

Love the height and the cushion in the sole. A bit hot, but waterproof minus sweat. Had to order a half size up and then they stretched out over half a day of walking.

I took this on a weekend at Big Bend on some rugged trails. They held up nicely and were comfortable. The perforated holes on the outside of the tongue started to pill up but nothing crazy as they were put to the test. I'd recommend.

I work in the agriculture industry and walk a lot of fields every day. So far Ive been really impressed with the all-day comfort of these boots. They dont make my feet sweaty even though the are waterproof. I cant take it easy on them walking through muddy corn fields every day and they do just fine. Hopefully they last as long as my last pair of Merrells!

We originally bought these because I needed new hiking boots, but so far Ive worn them to work as a mail carrier and on our vacation to Washington DC and to NYC, where we walked the entire trip. They have good support and cushion, which helps with the shock on knees and lower back. I inadvertently checked out the waterproofness of the boot, by accidentally stepping in a puddle and submerging it and my foot stayed dry.

Bought these at REI about a year ago. They look good, fit well, and are comfortable but I specifically bought them to have dry feet, which they fail at. I only wear them occasionally, usually for travel and walking around town - not a heavy use case here. Very disappointed as it is pouring on my current trip and my feet are soaked. Buyer beware.
