Great shoes

Exceptionally comfortable, high quality suede, and a great look that isn't too chunky, nor too slim and toe-crushing. My go-to when it isn't raining in Vancouver!

These shoes are terrific! There is a breaking in period but they become very comfortable and get better looking everytime I wear them. Receive many compliments when I'm out and about.

I love my black Calano Oxfords. They offer a stylish dress shoe for a solid black suit, but are casual enough to go with jeans & a blazer. They were true to size.

I've had a pair of these for ~1 1/3 year now. Great shoes, super comfortable. I've worn them consistently through everday life, and they were one of two pairs of shoes I brought on a 6 week trip abroad. I would recommend following their instructions and installing taps on the heels. Otherwise, the rubber heel protector can wear down very quickly. The only downside is that the Nubuck is hard to keep clean. Buy a good suede brush and cleaner, and try to avoid extended exposure to water, and you should be good. However, mine have seen some rainy outdoor concerts, and they're still getting compliments. Score one for durability.

Good shoe. A little wide in the heal but otherwise true to size/width through the mid and forefoot. Has a thin rubber outsole applied to the leather sole. Seems like it might wear through quickly but hoping for good durability.

The shoes are nice, though the color of the sole is a little offputting.

Very pleased with the quality and craft of the shoe; beautifully detailed. I'm often between a 10.5 and an 11, and landed on the 10.5 here as the 11's were too wide and caused the back of my foot to slip out a bit. Walked a few miles in the rain with them this week and they didn't slip. Leather takes some time to break in. Mostly very glad to know that they provide a living wage to their craftspeople!

I have wide feet and a high arch, so it's always challenging to find shoes that fit me well. These are about as good as I can get, and while still a bit tight, they feel like they'll break over time.

Bought these for my husband and he loves them. The color is great, and they fit true to size. Theyre a touch narrow on him, but I'm assuming they probably just need to be worn in. As with any leather shoe they creased after the first wear, but that is to be expected.

Beautiful shoe though not the color I wanted since I couldn't find 11.5 in black, so I ended up returning them. I had to try out a number of shoes to get the right fit; 12, 11.5, and 11. Normally I'm an 11 wide. I really wish they would offer wide sizes like other upscale shoe brands; I probably wouldn't buy from anywhere else given their ethical standards.

The shoes fit a little tight. But that said, they still felt comfortable. I figure they needed breaking in. So I am following Nisolo's "breaking in" instructions. Like the style and construction. Well made. Thank you

The shoes are beautiful and very well made. The only problem is they ran narrow and too long. But the exchange process and customer service were superb

I liked it's design , comfort and crafting. It is same as described online. Price is also affordable. Good job

Fits real wide and even going down a size I get a bit of slippage. Seems like the shoe was casted on a boot last, which would explain the bucket heel. But if you can deal with it, you get the Nisolo design which is clearly still the best around.

I love the styling of the shoe and after a brief break in period, feel comfortable (though do follow the advice on breaking in). But for me, though the length and width of the shoe is great, the height has lacing pulled all the way tight on top leaving a not perfect fit.

Great, attractive, comfortable shoe, but I wish they were narrower. My work around is to wear thick socks. :)

Comfortable after a few wears. Fit true to size (10.5 for me, which is almost always my size). The colors are rich. The laces are falling apart, and the shoes seem to get fairly scuffed up easily, but it could be me not taking care of them. I can't give them a 5, but definitely deserve an upper 4.

I'm usually a 10.5, but the 10 fits me well! A little sore from the break in, but beautiful, well crafted shoes. Seems like they'll wear well.

I like the smooth and slim look but the leather scuffs easily. They already look worn after only a few wearing. It’s “rugged” now so I don’t wear them with dressier pants. They too snug for my liking, too.

These are gorgeous, and I wish I could keep them. I normally wear an 11.5, but I am swimming in an 11. The length seems ok, but I have a solid 1/2" between the top of my foot and the tongue of the shoe. I've never before thought of my foot as low volume, but perhaps it is. These shoes seem made for a substantially girthier foot. Not sure if I size down it will help, because the length seems good. I wish I could love them. They seem very well made.
