I love the narrower heel design and the wider toe design. It's the best fit I've ever experienced in a tennis shoe. I also love how lightweight the shoe is and feels. Definitely a fan and will be my only choice for tennis shoes.

I've been a Topo fan for years, but their sizing is inconsistent. The MT4 size 10 fits perfectly and is a great shoe. Very comfortable and I love the wide toe box and secure midfoot. I also tried the MTN Racer 2, but the 10 is too long and the 9.5 is too short. Do they have different manufacturers for different styles?

Love the toe box and the durability

These shoes are the best. Great traction on any surface. Flexible for a grip on rocks climbing or crossing streams. Enough cushion to be comfortable for road running. Perfect for mixed hike and run. I feel like I hit the #sweepstakes.

I use my Topos trail hiking. They are excellent! They are light, roomy, and also a great fit in all aspects heel to toe. I switched over from Altras because Altras toe area has been shrinking in the same but newer version of the same initial model I originally bought. Please don't shrink your toe area Topo! Your MT-4 is perfect! I love them!

Daily wear to work

Can't wait to get out more and use these shoes. My wife had a pair she took to Europe and raved. You will not be disappointed.

I like the explosive yellow color, midfoot secure fit, roomy toebox and cushioning that's not sloppy, but just right. As a heavy midfoot striker, these shoes serve me very well.

After trying multiple running shoes for trail, I was kind of dissapointed , I am a wide foot and need the space. I did some research and decided to give TOPO a try...ohhh boy...that was a god decision. They give me the support that I need, are very comfortable , space for my feet after running for miles. They are very resistant. I still have not got them wet on creek or anything like that, but I am very sitisfy with these shoes. I dont know about you, I was overwhelmed with all the different brands out there, but the moment I saw " Wide toe box" that got my attetion. I like them that much that I even went ahead an bought some Road running topo shoes. Hope this helps, have a nice day.

I love the fit and feel of these shoes on the variable surface trails of North Idaho. Plus the tread wears really well, so walks on pavement are no detriment to the shoes lifespan.

I was very surprised by the feel of these shoes after about two weeks. They are very flexible, and just feel great.

Finally some shoes that are shaped like real feet with a drop. These check all the boxes for me. Nice and roomy toe box, but able to lock down the mid foot and heel. They definitely have a break in period though. Felt pretty stiff out of the box, but after 20-30km the mid-sole softened up nicely. I use them for training runs, and even a 6 hour race at a local ski hill with no hot spots or blisters. Definitely recommend.

I live a couple miles from trails and what lies between my dwelling and the softer trails are city streets. I like the idea of dual purpose shoe but do not find the platform very comfortable on the pavement, concrete, sidewalks. I appreciate Togo's efforts to make this kind of shoe but it's not one I'll add to my rotation (I sent them back after one run using their generous "try em out" policy").

These are a bit narrow than other Topos I own. Wore them around the house for a bit and decided to return. I'll stick with the Runventures.

Love the wide toe box and how it holds at heel and mid-foot. Problem was the outside webbing started to split at base of big toe on both shoes and sole started to detach from left inside part of shoe. You'd expect tougher material for the price. Still love Topo and will continue to buy. These were only pair I've owned that this occured.

I've been wearing Crocs and Altras for years. Crocs are still good but Altras aren't what they use to be so I'm looking for something else. After 20 miles with these I had to oversuplimate both feet to keep the shoes centered on my feet. My Crocs wear slighty more on the outside so I don't think it's my feet. My Altra LP6 have a firm foot bed vs. TOPO foot bed on this model is soft. When scrabling these held the rock 5 times better than the LP6 and the drain holes are great.
