I bought this boot a week ago and had to make 4 cuts, 2 on the tongue and two on the heal to get it on. Once it's on it's very comfortable. My younger son who wears a much smaller size also struggled.

Just received and a definite shoe horn needed to put on. Found that this shoe runs quite narrow. Have not worn outdoors yet since 4 inches of snow and muddy landscape has prevented wearing outdoors as of date. Like the looks of this moab model.

Bought them for working in the garden and yard. Very comfortable. For anyone having trouble putting them on try a long shoe horn - easier standing to put them and no struggle.

This shoe is comfortable, supportive and durable. I have knee a ankle issues and this boot feels great and helps in keeping me hiking

Great boots. No issue, just a question.. recommended cleaning? What are they made of?

These boots are one of the best I have had. They have exceptional side and ankle support and the sock type closure at the top keeps out all kinds of debris.(My wife loves it cause it keeps my socks clean.) Fits like a glove and the top eye has a clip that holds the laces tight while you tie them. Great feature. No break in period either. I have had several Moab styles and liked them all but these are the favorite. They are supossedly waterproof but I haven't found out yet.

Excellent boots in the elements. Up to 4" snow and puddles. Plowed my entire route yesterday through slush and snow and my feet were bone dry. Wear thick socks in the the cold as these are not insulated. Waiting for them to go on sale again and I'm going to purchase another pair. Super comfortable for all day wear as well. Behaves more like a sneaker then a classic boot but provides the same benefits.

I'm a beekeeper. I love these boots. They keep the morning dew from soaking my feet. They're very comfortable and I've stopped wearing my other shoes and boots. They wrap the foot with extra rubber so I can use my feet when handling bulky equipment. I've had them for a couple of months and keep checking for discounts to get a great price on a second pair.

Excellent fit. I read some reviews here about the sock part making it too difficult to get the shoe on, but I experienced no such struggle. It fits like a glove! With the neck as such, its as flexible as a below-mid size shoe, and there's no reason to not do the top laces.

These are comfortable, lightweight, and sturdy. I wear them all day and though they're waterproof, while wearing regular socks, my feet do not sweat. They're not super easy to slide on but again, I wear them all day long. I would definitely buy more.

Bought these not for their intended use, but as an alternative for construction style boots. I'm on my feet 8-12 hours each day and it's hard to find a boot that is great on different surfaces ranging from sand to gravel to concrete. These boots have held up surprisingly well for all my needs, have great grip and traction, and are excellent at keeping debris out of my boots while I'm working. The laces have a good functionality, they don't loosen while I'm working and are well built. I was hesitant to buy them at first due to other reviews indicating the difficulty of getting them on; while they don't slip on as easy as a sandle, they aren't incredibly difficult to put on either. I would compare putting them on to putting on a pair of skates, they are snug but you can certainly squeeze your feet in with a little effort. The design of the ankle support makes them snug when putting on, but it's also what makes them excellent at keeping dirt and other debris out of your boots.

Put my tactical Merrill's through a 2 day rigorous training course. They were comfortable and gave me the security of support that I was expecting. The his is my fourth pair of Merrill's

Haven't actually hiked with them yet but they're great. Great fit and pretty comfortable.

Ultimate lawn foot gear. Comforting & snug ankle support, tacky tread, and slick look. I'm now a big Merrell guy!
