The boots themselves are excellent, durable, high quality footwear. The boot laces however are utter trash.. Hoss Boot Company, why are these laces designed so cheaply?? They fray not within weeks but within several days of wearing them. That is unacceptable for $100+ price tag. I'd recommend the boots overall, but be advised you will need to switch out the laces within the first week of wearing them.

These are comfortable shoes. Very easy to get off and not bad to get on.

the boots fit well. they have a soft insole and the sole of the boot has a firmer foam layer to it before the rubber sole, these boots squeak! do not expect to sneak up on anyone in a moderately quiet space while wearing these.

the fit was fine boots were ok in comfort and they were true to size, however I received these may 20 and now they're starting to separate at the sole. I've had these a little over 2 months...

It was big for me I usually wear 9 W but this was too big for me. I pu 2 extra insole still I feel to lose so I returned it.

I got these due to wanting a side zipper for easy on and off, plus these other features, composit hard toe, slip resistance and electrical safety. Nice boots!

9.5 is a little larger and wider than expected. 9.5 is my normal wear. Don’t want to exchange for a 9 in fear too small. Thicker socks and tightening on laces to make it work.

I don't know how others can say these boots fit true. I have worn a 10.5 for over 30 years, the 10.5 was enormous, so I returned and waited and ordered the next size down. I received them today, and they are only slightly smaller! So, now I have to return them again, wait again for them to process refund, then order another pair. I am very hesitant to only go down one more half size. I cannot believe how HUGE these are, the sizes are NOWHERE near standard sizes. That I have to get a 9.5, maybe even a 9 in these is beyond ridiculous. I have not wore a size 9 since 1987, c'mon HOSS, fix your sizing.

The fit is loose. It feels about a half size bigger. There’s little to no arc support. I replaced the inner sole. I like the side zipper easy on and off. Overall, I’ll never purchase these boots again nor will I recommend them.

The boot irritated my ankle bone to the point I had trouble walking with the discomfort.

Hurt my feet really bad made blisters

with no exagerations... full two sizes too big and no comfort. These could not be every day shoes and would fall apart quickly. I will be returning them and selecting different boots.
