Beautiful shoe but the size 8 was just too big. Most of your shoes come in 71/2 and i would buy both colorsas would many others.

Very comfortable, sharp plain toe with just enough broque for me, at a bargain sale price. I was going buy this shoe at J&M store at Polaris Fashion, Columbus on 3-15, but....I found & bought this shoe at Horner&Harrison's website.

I returned the boots. They are nice but not quite the look I was expecting. The shoe was not as comfortable as I had hoped - maybe I needed a different size? I originally though the shoes were leather. I discovered they were made of lamb skin - I prefer leather from cattle.

I recently purchased the burgundy and a black pair. The shoe is super comfortable and great for people that have to wear suits and work outdoors I could wear them for 8 to 10 hours and my feet feel great. The shoe is a little heavy.

The shoe is amazingly comfortable. Fits like a glove; however, I sadly have to give this a 4/5 star because with the flex comes the wrinkle lines. Now it's not a big deal for most but for those who don't like those wrinkle linesmight be turned off by the shoe. After a times of the bending the shoes became permanently "worn". Maybe there is a way to get that out with the polishing. I'm not sure. Again I personally don't care but I did have a friend who said something about it and I do understand.

My only complaint is that I'm on my second pair of these boots and the heel has fallen off twice now I have had to shoe glue it on. Besides that I love them. They are more comfortable then my work out shoes!

Fit is perfect and it feels great. It is bulkier than I guessed it would be.

Size is spot on, Sole is a little heavy, but i believe it will last a very long time. Easy to shine, just hit with a Quick Shine sponge. Love these shoes

Great pair of stylish boots. Can't wait to wear them more often this fall. Shoes were slightly different in color than advertised in catalog but not a big deal. Leather was very impressive. Fit true to size.

The shoes were perfect except they are not available in size 7 1/2. I would have bought both colors. Beautiful shoe. Will keep checking and hopefully 71/2 will be available soon.

I loved the style. Unfortunately the leather is stiffer and needs time to break in. The width wearing a heavier sock was very uncomfortable. Even trying a thinner sock the width was still to narrow. I returned this boot and selected another boot with a softer leather upper.

The side of the shoe had a noticeable imperfection in it. I'm surprised that they sent them, I'd always been impressed with their quality. Decided to return them

I will concede that my biggest issue with these boots is user-ended. I should not have ordered online. I purchased another style of shoe at the same time, at the same size (which I thought would be correct as I already had a pair of J&M at that size), and while the other fit well, maybe even a little too roomy, these boots were much too small. I should've returned them but, foolishly, hoped they would stretch... and they did not. They ripped on my first test walk, and I didn't dare try to return. I can understand a slight change in fit between styles but this was a completely different size altogether. That being said, these are gorgeous boots, and I can tell would be very comfortable at the right size, so my advice isdon't order. Try them on first.
