The item was sent to me was either used, or a return item. The packaging did not look like it came from a manufacturer, the bottom of the shoes had pet hair. Very disappointed. Will be sending it back.

I wish they had more padding from the sole and from the insole. The memory foam insole is cushy, but wasn't enough for my difficult feet. Sadly, I have to wear shoes for several hours outdoors before I know if they'll work for me. . . and these definitely didn't fit the bill.

This shoe made a weird popping noise every time you took a step with the right foot. Something was not glued together when the shoe was manufactured

I'm a nurse and I buy sketchers all the time, because or the memory foam's comfort. This pair just might have been a defect. The second day I wore them they started squeaking. I went back to my old ones and haven't worn them since. I'm so disappointed in sketchers for the 1st time.
