This Insole was HUGE for My feet and Shoe Size I Ended up Cutting it In Pieces Couldnt return it so It was Disgarded in the Trash it Brought no Comfort to my Feet I am a Amazon Worker I Stand and Pick orders 10 Hrs a Day This Insole do Not Do Any Justice

These are very comfortable inserts. I use them in my New Balance athletic shoes. I stand on concrete for about 6 hours at a time 5 or 6 days a week. These really help with cushioning and my feet don’t hurt at the end of the night. I use these in my Timberland Mt. Madison hikers also.

I have the one that made for men. Ladies get a small size if you want to purchase one of does. I like them because it work for me, have better support than the one made for the ladies.

I had to trim the insert just a little to fit my size 7.5 Thorogood sneakers, but they were very comfortable. I work on my feet for 12.30 hours and these really helped with foot pain.

Unfortunately for me, I have flat feet, which in turn can be very uncomfortable and painful at times. Especially with all of the standing at work that I have to do. I reluctantly purchased these, but after wearing them now for a few days now I’m loving the comfort.
