Cute shoe, but it was too big in the heel area and slopped off my foot with each step. Fit was true to size otherwise.

These are cute but the heel is too wide. I tried 2 sizes, neither worked.

I ordered this loafer in size 7 1/2, my usual size but it was too small and returned them to get size 8. These worked for me and am happy with them.

I liked the style and leather of the shoe but the heel was too wide and the shoe slipped on my foot. Sorry it didn't work but thanks for making the return so easy.

I ordered my normal size 10 and there was a large gap at the heel and walking in them was like wearing flip-flops. Debated trying a smaller size, but I fear that the toe is going to be too tight. Otherwise, very cute and comfortable.

Cute, professional look for the office and meetings. They do slip a little on my heel, so I don't wear them when I'm doing a lot of walking. I wear size 11 and I need to wear thinner socks with this shoe.

Excellent shoe, excellent quality. Very soft and comfortable. Felt a little short; exchanging for 1/2 size up.

I absolutely love this shoe, but it just does not fit, try as I have. Too tight, even though the left shoe is too long. I have to return this navy shoe. so sad.

Normally wear a 6 1/2 but these were so small I couldn't get them on my feet. Returned. Very nice well made shoes, though. Wish they had worked.

This is a beautiful, looking shoes and I’m so sorry I have to return it. The problem is the heel is so wide that my foot keeps coming out of it even when I put a padded and heavier socks.

I love the shoes, but they have too much space at the heel of the shoes. I almost sent them back and got a half a size smaller, but they would habe been too tight across the toe. I'm having to buy the heel pads to help my heel reach the back of the shoe. Agian, the shoes are super cute and comfortable.

I love these shoes however the pair I received was defective. It seems the sole in the heal was not attached well enough and they made a crackling sound when I walked. They did not have another pair in my size so I had to purchase them elsewhere.

I think this is a good looking shoe--classic and high quality. However, the heel is just too wide to stay on when walking. Maybe it would work for someone with a wider foot but sadly, I had to return it.

Waiting to decide if I should keep or not. Love the look, however it’s quite tight across the vamp. I’m starting to think my feet have morphed into some ungodly freakish shape as I’m having this issue with many shoes brands. Bless Zappos for their amazing return/exchange policy! Please don’t put me on “a list” for all of my returns/ exchanges. I cant wear sneakers to work and my sizes are difficult to find in stores so I rely on Zappos!

I’m sorry to have to return this basically good-looking shoe. So hard to find comfortable, nice-looking, low-heel navy shoes (are you listening to me Dansko?). This one came close. 8 Medium is my usual size, though I sometimes order Wide (bunions), not available here. The material around the toe box is pretty stiff, not forgiving, so it felt snug The heel height of this shoe seems a little higher than the stated 1”, which may account for my toes feeling pushed forward too far. This shoe has no removable insole (or I would insert my orthotic) but it does have a decent arch support built in. Finally, as a few other reviewers have mentioned, this lightly-sueded shoe arrived with noticeable slick area in the toe and heel and a few other slick (scuff?) spots elsewhere. Likewise, the Sofft box on arrival was a little worse for wear. Sadly, I must return these shoes.

The length felt short in these shoes. I take between a 9 and a 9.5 and ordered a 9.5 in these shoes and my toes were touching the end. I ended up returning out of concern that I was always going to feel like the shoes were too short/small.

Returned them......too short.
