I ordered 3 pairs of madden shoes- all different styles of flat sandals and they were all a disappointment. I really wanted each pair to work because his shoes are so stylish and fresh this year, but I'm just disappointed. First, the picture doesn't do these shoes justice. They're shiny, sparkly and overall just look classy. They would be a nice shoe for any number of outfits. However, the strap is hard and cut into the inside of my foot. I actually had the thought that maybe they just needed broken in, but it was so uncomfortable they had to go back. I was wondering if this was a design flaw or I just had a defective pair, but because I also had issues with the other two styles I bought. Ultimately, I decided it was design issue and I returned.

Very stiff and uncomfortable. Returned.
