I have been eyeing these for a long time, but was always hesitant to pull the trigger. I have had boots in the past that have rubbed at my ankles uncomfortably and a similar heel height that make it sound like a clydesdale walking through my quiet office. With these, the first time I wore them I ended up walking 9 miles total (according to the step counter haha) and they were fantastic! They looked adorable, but also no uncomfortable rubbing against the ankles and I sounded like a normal person walking hahaha. Would absolutely recommend!

I was a little nervous that this boot would be uncomfortable because of the heel, but it's very comfortable and walkable! I love this boot and will be purchasing in another color.

Excellent fit and feel. They were instantly comfortable walking in (practically no break-in time was required). Plus, they're just a beautiful, neutral boot. They go with everything!

I wanted a chic leather black ankle boot that I could wear during rainy weather without having my whole look revolve around a rubber rainboot. This almost met the mark, but fell short due to a too-narrow width and zero arch support. The style of the boot is great, easy to slip on, and I was truly surprised that the heel was 3" tall (I measured to make sure) - it felt very well-balanced and sturdy, easy to walk in considering the height. However, my toe joint was painfully squeezed to the point of almost going numb, and my arch was hovering in space without any cushioning whatsoever. I could probably break them in over time, but for the cost, I wanted something ready to go straight out of the box. For reference, I don't wear a wide width shoe normally, but my foot is a bit wider than average. I am an 8.5 usually but I think going up 1/2 a size would've made the pointy toe style look too big on me (and I have a resistance to sizing up to a 9 for vanity reasons probably, haha).

I think these are some of the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. :( There were lots of reviewers who thought they were comfortable, so I am confused. I do think the fact that the toe is pointed (much more so than in the pictures in my opinion), it made them feel 1/2 size smaller. Ouch!

This are one of my go-to boots: - I wear them about weekly. Comfortable enough for all day wear, including heavy walking days. - They’re large enough that I can wear thick socks with them for extra warmth, but work fine with light weight socks or tights. - Timeless style; I don’t worry about them looking dated in a couple years. I get compliments on them regularly as well. - Nisolo is a great company - happy to support them!

Runs a little small and feels tight in the nose of the boot. I ended up ordering 1 size up.

Beautiful and comfortable. I’m usually a ten and bought that size. I think it’s accurate sizing. Also, they did not seem particularly slippery on wet bricks.

The chocolate color is the perfect neutral for someone who wears a lot of cream and other warm colors. They were comfy right out of the box! An added bonus is that they arent loud like most booties. I will not that they dont have a super soft, cushy sole but I think that will lend to them lasting far longer. If youre on the fence, you cant go wrong with these! I cant wait to try the dari boot.

These boots are the highest quality and absolutely GORGEOUS. The color is beautiful and heel is the perfect height for a blend of comfort and style. It took about 3-4 days of wearing to break them in but they are very comfortable now! I wear them for all kinds of occasions including work! They can go perfectly with many different styles of clothing and colors! So excited to buy more in the future!!

Hands down, my favourite boot from Nisolo. It looks elegant, it is easy to throw on, it is comfy and I am so in love of the pointed toe - it makes everything 10x better if you are petite. I have the black ones and now the brandy colour which is a nice rich reddish shade. I think I prefer the wood soles rather than the commuter as I don't feel every cobblestone and you can add rubber and make it unstoppable. Will always recommend. Fits true to size, always get 6.5 and fits.

I am seriously considering buying these in every color. Theyre beyond comfortable, even for hours and miles of city walking. Dont second guess yourself. Buy these!

These shoes are excellent and I want to wear them everywhere! I don't normally wear anything with a heel, so I was surprised how stable and comfortable I felt while walking around in these. Also it feels extra good to know that I'm wearing something from a company that supports sustainable and ethical fashion. Typically, my shoe size is somewhere between a 7.5 and an 8. I initially ordered a 7.5 which was WAY too tight. Ended up sizing up to an 8.5 which fits great.

The Heeled Chelsea Commuter Boot is gorgeous and an everyday wardrobe staple. The rubber sole helps with traction and makes these boots practical during the winter months. I have seriously worn them every day since receiving them, and I already have my eye on another color. Thank you for making a boot that is functional AND fashionable -- these will be well-loved for years to come!

This is my first pair of Nisolo boots, but will not be my last. Theses booties look luxurious and are unique. They look great with jeans and dresses. I wore them all day at work and no issues and received many compliments. I stayed true to size.

These shoes are beautiful and go with pretty much everything! They are a bit snug in the toe so I had to size up. My only complaint is that shipping took forever, but thats fairly common these days.

I've had a few pairs of Nisolo shoes and these beauty boots had been calling my name for quite some time (the rubber soles and waterproof!!). I did order a half-size up as my Nisolo Chelsea boots pinch a bit. They fit like a dream!! The raised heel isn't too tall and getting in and out of the boots is a cinch. Plus, they're a great commute shoe that pair much better with a dress than my sneakers.

I had a similar pair of booties from a different brand, but in suede, so unfortunately although I loved them, they did not last long. I was searching for a leather version and these are perfect! I was worried about the sizing but I ordered my regular size and they were pretty comfortable out of the box. The heel height is tall enough but not too tall and I love the socially responsible aspect of this brand.

Got these boots for Christmas and was worried I was between sizes. I exchanged mine for a pair that was 1/2 size larger. Decided the original ones fit better and the customer service representatives were great!! They worked with me to get me just what I needed. The boots are great. Perfect for me for the whole year, including bad weather! Highly recommended

This is my first pair of Nisolo shoes and they live up the hype- beautiful well made leather shoes and stylish. I am typically a 6.5 but have slightly wider feet and 6.5 was too snug. Returned for a 7 and they fit much more comfortably.

The commuter boot has a lovely silhouette, good material, sturdy build, and a surprisingly good shock absorber. You do need some time to break in the shoes. I'm size 7 and feel it's most comfortable when wearing the boots with a pair of light-medium cushion Darn Tough hiking socks. The 3 inch heel is something to get used to if wearing on a daily basis but because it's block heel it's super stable. Once you're comfortable with the boots, you will exude confidence with every step.

I used to work as a shoe sales associate In a dept. Store. These boots are beautiful. These are quality. Love the leather smell. Wow leather soles too. They do need a little break in time though. Already got a few compliments.
