I love these boots! They are so comfortable, especially the soles. Easy the bottoms of my feet. I have two Born ankle boots with a similar style. I wear them all winter! I sometimes wear a 9 in open toe shoes. I went up to 9.5 for these.

Fyi, I normally order size 10, but prefer the rare 10.5 size due to one foot being a half size larger. Never know if I should go with 10 or 11 on boots. Gotta fit the larger foot. My calf area is an average sized. 5'8", 175 lbs. First I ordered size 10 but my toes were smashed in the toe box. Returned them for size 11. Pros: -gorgeous back with suede cord tie -Solid and sturdy bottom -quality material Cons: -tighter than expected on calves (currently wearing around the house to determine if they will give any) - have to wear thick socks to make up for the slightly off sizing. (Not the shoes fault, but still a common issue I have with weirdly sized feet) The cost is higher than I normally spend, but want to invest in great boots, not just for a season or 2 like other boots I have had. Overall, I really love the look and the feel. Truly hoping after the around the house test drive I will keep them. If you are considering/ wondering if you should go up, yes. Do that. (Maybe not narrow footed people? Can't speak for them)

These are the most fun and comfy boots I have ever owned - I am so excited! Gorgeous, stylish, and sassy with jeans or a skirt. So comfy too. I usually wear a size 10.5 in shoes and always an 11 in boots and these are perfect.

These run small, in my opinion. I would have to say a full size. I am almost always a 38 European size but in these I had to take a 40. I think this is consistent with other shoes I have bought from the manufacturer, meaning Born. The boots are very comfortable but the soles are soft so these are not intended for extended walking because they’re not supportive enough.

The Born Sable has a foot bed thats actually foot shaped. LOVE ! Its very comfortable. Its a true 7, not a "big" seven. I'm a 6.5 who chose this size to be SURE I could wear thick socks. I LOVE that its wider than most shoes/boots and I expect that it will get wider (may maybe even BIG as the leather stretches). The back lacing provides good fit and cute detail. The seam DOES bang into my ankle a bit, but that will work itself out as the leather changes to fit my foot.

These boots are incredibly comfortable, warm and the perfect height for my petite frame. I have a hard time finding taller boots because they are often 15 inches or taller at the shaft, which goes to my knee or above. These are well below the knee for me and look great with skinny jeans, leggings or more casual dresses. I got them in the brown color which is a beautiful color that looks to me like a dark shade of caramel. I am a teacher on my feet most of the day and these are super comfortable. I first got the size 7 because they did not have my usual 6.5, but they were a tad long, when I exchanged for the 6.5 they are so much more well fitted. These are true to size. The price point is high but they look like very high quality boots that I will get a few years worth of use. They do have a strong leather smell initially but this is not a deal breaker at all. I love that they are low (no heel)because I can no longer wear heels comfortably.

LOVE these boots. Only issue is a slight oder. Like the tanning smell. But it should dissipate. I would buy these again and this brand BORN again.

Where to start….I’ve been searching and searching for a tall brown boot that had a wider toe bed and I finally found it! So butter soft and perfect comfortable fit!! Born is my new brand for sure!

Fit was perfect. The suede is high quality. Simply love, love, love, these boots!

These are beautiful boots; very well made and of excellent quality. I ordered both the taupe and the brown but returned the brown as the colors were really not that much different from one another. The taupe is a great neutral that will go with anything. Love them.

Love these boots with low heels comfortable to wear around the mountains where I live. Look cute too I get lots of compliments on them!

These boots are beautiful! I ordered my usual size 6.5, they felt a little snug at first but after 20 minutes of wear they had loosened right up. Fit, feel and look are what I’ve come to expect from the Born brand!

Hands down most comfortable boots I have ever own.

These are comfy boots, and they have received a number of compliments from men. (I do feel a bit like an outdoorsy person in these boots.) They are not waterproof, so I have to have been careful. Since I have to wear an orthotic, I was concerned about having enough room, but the last is roomy. I did not sense much of an arch support, but they are not completely flat, either.
