A couple of years ago, my children bought me an Everywhere bags. As time went on, it became heavier and heavier -- a life-support system. I am 85 years old, and have some balance problems, and carrying around this much stuff wasn't helping matters. After twice locking my keys in the car when I decided to travel light on an errand, I decided that what I needed was a smaller bagg. After studying all the smaller models carefully for features and measurements, I chose the Subway. I was so tickled when I saw it. I started moving my real necessities into it and they all fit. I was happy to see that, in addition to the cross-body strap, it also had a wrist strap, which would be good for party occasions. I can keep my backup supplies in the larger bag, which I can leave in the car most of the time. I am thrilled with this purchase!

It is the most convienent and comfortable bag I have ever purchased.. and I have had very expensive ones!!!! Baggelini bags wear well, are light in weight and there are many styles all with the interiors well thought out.. it is the only bag I will buy in the future...Dolly

Finally, a purse small enough to hang from your wrist when shopping, but not so small to be impractical. I also like the slightly rough texture (and the grey color I chose) making it far less likely to slither off the car seat and disappear onto the floor amid the groceries, giving me a moment of panic when I can't find it. That used to happen all the time with my previous wrist purse which was navy blue nylon.

Love the small flat size of this crossbody. There's room for everything essential when a larger purse is in the way or not needed.

I bought this for taking only the essentials for walking through the streets in a big city. It is perfect for that. I can carry phone, credit cards and pen, plus keys. No fuss, great organization design. Perfect for me!

This bag is attractive, light weight and has lots of places to store items. I was looking for a bag that was small enough to carry easily but that would store all the items I need to have with me. This bag does it. It's a little more polished than my other bags so I feel that I can use it for dressier occasions, as well.

This is a fantastic little bag with a very efficient design. I bought it to keep inside the Large Carryall Bag when commuting or traveling. I was looking for a small crossbody that I could easily slip into the larger bag when on the move, and then pull out on its own to go out to lunch, dinner, etc. It's also been great for running errands and the like.
The reason I deducted one star is because the RFID protection doesn't seem to work from what I can tell. I don't have an RFID reader, but I do have a "keyless" car that you unlock by touching the handle with the key fob nearby. I tried putting the key in each of the four main zippered pockets in this bag, making sure all zippers were fully closed. Each time I was still able to lock and unlock the car, indicating that the key fob was able to emit signals through the bag. Now, I don't know if keyless technology works the same as RFID, but I do have a small RFID-protected wristlet that came free with another Baggalini, and when I put the key fob in that wristlet it does block me from locking or unlocking the vehicle. This makes me think that the RFID protection doesn't work on this particular bag. It's not a deal breaker because I would have bought this bag even without the RFID protection, but either the RFID protection should work or it should not be advertised as having that feature.

My only wish is oversized cell phone was more secure when tucked in center snap.

I just got this bag, and decided to get the Pocket crossbody instead, which is only a couple of ounces heavier and has 3" depth for sunglasses and mini hairbrush. I have a shoulder problem so no heavy bags. Love the silver gray. The Subway is a great bag if you want to go super minimal, well designed. But everything has to be flat.

I love the small size of this bag and how it is thin. However, as another reviewer noted, the magnets make it feel like it is about to open at any moment. Also I would have preferred fewer pockets -- too many pockets are just confusing.

I love this bag in every way but one! I want to carry it using the loop strap, not the shoulder strap. The loop is in the exact wrong place, causing the zippers of the bag to face DOWN when being carried! I one of the zippers is not zipped, as you can imagine, everything falls out! Dangerous for cash, coins, cards-everything. I can think of two solutions: move the loop to a more practical location or add a cover flap with a snap to protect the zippers from opening and letting loose the contents of that section. Honestly, I still carry this bag all the time, just trying to be vigilant; I should probably try to reattach the loop on one of the zipper corners of the bag. :(
