I really liked the color of these and thought leather over suede would be great for keeping them clean but they just don't feel right. I've tried the classic ultra mini one other time and for me the ankle part was just too big. This boot exacerbates that issue by having even less fur inside the boot. Which then also makes the rest of the shoe feel too loose also but unable to size down because the length feels very true to size. Definitely a case of cuter online unfortunately...

it is comfortable but the material is bad

Not one of my best Ugg purchases. The shoe is too narrow for me. Instead of returning I have given it to my daughter. Not a good buy for someone with bunions unfortunately.

Sloppy fitting and lining is not great.

I thought the lining would be a little thicker but after my third ware it was pretty condensed down. Since I thought this I returned them for a bigger size

We love uggs . Ordered these for my college daughter at Christmas. Different style and leather exterior however after only a few weeks of wear the top of each boot creased badly. Called customer service who are terrific . Returned for a different boot .

I like the look of these. Unfortunately, they slide off my heel while walking without socks. When I put socks on it stills slips some and will probably get worse after wearing them for awhile. They do fit snug on my foot, so I don't have room to go down a size. I will be returning these.

These are not fluffy or soft. They feel like imitations. The only good thing is the color.

I wanted to love them as I thought black leather would hold up well in Canadian winters but they were narrower than my regular mini's and not as furry or comfortable as my other uggs. They looked a bit 'old lady' on my feet. They were made well. But just not for my foot.

I returned these boots because they didn't feel quite the quality I expected. I tried them in with different outfits it just didn't work for me

These boots were a Christmas gift from my family. I was looking for a pair of comfy shoes to slip into after work. The main issue is that they are SO narrow. They look great but they just don't make my feet happy.

Creases formed on the toe box super quickly and the material started to crack.

NOT Cute! These shoes (dark shade) aren't leather. They're made of a cheap looking, synthetic material. I was extremely excited but immediately became disgusted with the dull appearance. Finally, I couldn't even slide my foot in visually speaking, so it was pointless to try!

I must say over the years I have seen a difference in the quality of all of Ugg products. I have bought a few and I must say I have had Ugg that lasted me well over nine years and those that only lasting me 1 to 2 seasons this one is one of them

It was not as shown in picture. After first time I wore, they looked like I had bought 1 year ago!

Didn't like the fit of this boot. I am hoping my return process won't be a hassle.

I ordered these boots a month ago. They have not shipped. I tried to cancel the order from UGG, online and the order would not cancel. UGG Customer Service is 1 star at best, so that's what the boots get!
