This sneaker fit like a glove, felt more like a water shoe - neoprene hugging your foot. Only downside (why I returned them) was that the heal loop to pull them on could be felt through the sneaker which rubbed enough to blister.

I have a high arch, making it very difficult to get these on. Thank goodness for the pull tabs. Once I get them on, they feel great. I actually bought another pair.

It is always difficult to fully determine what the product will actually be from the electronic description and pictures. I didn't realize that there is no"tongue" on this sneaker. I have a high instep so not having the adjustable tongue has proved somewhat of a challenge. This is effectively managed by removing the laces and therefore not tying the sneaker. It does, for the reasons listed above, make donning the shoe a bit of a struggle. Once they're on, they are comfortable and provide great support.

Okay, so, I love everything about these shoes they are lightweight, so comfortable and they have a good arch support. BUT... after wearing them all day on a hot day (104) the elastic that goes around the opening of them starts to KILL my ankle. They left huge marks and indents on them and now 4 hours after taking them off the indent is still there and it still is very sore. I will keep trying for a few more days but I am so tempted to cut the elastic.

Absolutely perfect fit! Also these sneakers are perfect for standing on my Florida tiled floors. I had tried several brands of sneakers and I have finally found the best shoe for me.

I love my Ryka shoes. This one is just the thing I have wanted in a shoe forever, no tongue! With still having the laces you can wear it loose or you can tighten up for a good hike. As always the comfort is exceptional with a roomy toe box and good arch support.

I stand and walk all day. Also have high arches, Ryka shoes give me the arch and foot support I need to be comfortable all day every day.

I have had these awhile now. Love them. Really help my feet issues with the arch support and padded heals.

Best Ryka shoe I've had yet. When I walk my dog at the park, it hugs the dirt path, concrete, and leave covered ground that we walk on well. I'm 65 and have a bunion and I don't even know it's there due to the comfort and fit of this shoe. Toe width is perfect. Hoping my next purchase for workout shoes is just as good.

I ordered a 7.5 wide and the fit is perfect. Nice looking sneaker. A little tight in putting on but comfortable once it is on.

Love these shoes. They have decent traction for hiking on gravel/dirt; the insole is very different than insoles in other Ryka shoes; the fit is perfect. They are very comfortable. I appreciate that the insole is removable, so I can fit the heel lift underneath it to bring my legs to the same length (this helps prevent constant visits to the chiropractor to adjust my lower spine).

Wore these on a recent trip to CO and NM. Because I know the Ryka brand, I was OK about breaking these in on our trip. They fit well (like all the other Ryka tie shoes I have); looked good and hugged the trails. They also weren't too hot or heavy in my suitcase.

Overall I really like this shoe. I mainly use them for long walk on concrete. My only complaint is the same as I saw from others. The back of the shoe as a hard piece that at first rubbed my ankle. It has gotten better the more I have worn them.

I purchased these hoping that I would be able to work for 8 hours a day on hard concrete. They are comfortable, but after about a half day's work, my feet were not happy. It feels as if there is not enough cushioning for what I need.

They are very comfortable. However, I wish they had a more aggressive tread. They did not work well on a decomposed granite trails as I had hoped. The shoe is not a true hiking shoe.

They look nice, but have no support to them. I would not trust them for a hike. There's just nothing substantial here.

the 9W Switchback i purchased is a very different size and fit than the Dash3 and Continuum.. All 3 sneakers are different in width and size, disappointing.

These shoes are difficult to put on. The tongue is solid and leaves less room to get my foot in.
