This is my go to shoe for my running club… we meet at a brewery, run, then drink. Run Hoppy! It’s mostly fabric and doesn’t have the structural support I’ve come to enjoy from Brooks Ghost, so this will be mostly for low mileage.

I took a 9M with orthotics and now I no longer need orthotics so I thought I could go down a 1/2 size. But, no, the 8.5 were too small. So the 9M are great and I think the best walking/running shoe ever. However this year the Ghost 14 have , what I think, poor color /design choices. I went with the grey as they were the most neutral of colors. I really don't like wacky designs or strange color combinations.

Still dreaming about the ghost 10... The 12 was ok but missing cushioning, the 13 was terrible. Always bought Size 8 1/2 but for the 14 I went to 9 and I am glad I did. First run (10K run+ 4 walking)I thought too much cushioning for my 104 pounds 5"4. I gave them a chance and I am glad I did. The 3rd run/walk was much better and at the 4th it was like Yesss!! I like them it took me and ghost14 few miles to adjust. Will buy again. Gave only 4 stars because the design/colors are so far very somber/dull.

I have always worn a 5 medium, it’s a little bit too big. Doesn’t fit as well as Saucony sneakers. Will try running in them I have heard they aregreat

The Ghost fits around my foot shape really well - narrow heel, high arch & wide toe area. The cushy heel in this 14 is real nice, but the forefoot is firmer & (strangely) makes the bottom of my toes & ball go numb after about 5 minutes. Might be the differential, it's more than other running shoes I've had.

I really liked the look of this show and loved the color as well. After wearing them awhile, they were digging into my ankles. I also did not like that the tongue was much shorter and did not curve around the top of my foot well. When I walked, the tongue was poking into the front of my foot and was very uncomfortable. I have very narrow and bony feet so I do not think the tongue issue would be a problem for most people. Overall, nice shoe, just not for me.

I have been wearing the Levitate for years and decided to try the Ghost 14 after hearing great things. Initially it was incredibly lightweight and cushioned well. Problem is I have a Morton?s Neuroma on my right foot and for some reason this shoe hits that nerve area making it painful at the end of my workout. I?m so sad that I spent this much money and can?t wear them. So, if you have this foot issue, think twice. Otherwise, they are awesome!

These fit the way I need them to fit given the small feet I have. The part I HATE is the shoe laces that rarely stay tied. I should not have to get new shoe laces for my shoes. This one fact is making me much less likely to buy these again.

I was hoping for all over comfort, unfortunately, that is not the case. There is not enough arch or heal support. I put on a lot of miles each week and these just don't give me the comfort and support I needed.

Purchased ghost for daily walking as they were recommended for older runners/walkers. I am a daily walker between 4 and 6 miles. Found ghost to be much less supportive than adrenaline. Ordered 22 and they arrived today. Ghost just not supportive enough.
