The Roksanda Satchel is the perfect medium size bag. I especially appreciate its several compartments and crossbody strap. It is very well made, as you would expect from Brighton. The satchel is sturdy and stands upright with zero slouching. The color is a beautiful deep sangria, that will complement just about every outfit. My huge disappointment was that I ordered it from Zappos. I was surprised to open the Zappos delivery box and see that this beautiful bag was just in a clear plastic bag with no Brighton sleeper or Brighton storage box. It arrived as if I had purchased it secondhand on eBay. The price on Zappos is the same as on Brighton.com, so I am perplexed as to why it arrived lacking its sleeper and box. I ordered a different Brighton bag from Zappos previously, and that bag arrived tucked in a Brighton sleeper and placed inside of its Brighton storage box. With disappointment, I promptly returned the Roksanda satchel to Zappos.
