So far, after 1-2 weeks the shoes feel true to size. Part of it is my making the right choice of size and the other part that might not be obvious is the description, stats and pictures of the shoes match what was shipped to me. The only downside right now while the shoes are kind of brand new is they are not comfortable in the work environment. I will need to buy insoles to alleviate the pressure from standing and walking for long hours. Waiting to see how long my shoes last though because I think that is where the value of the shoes matters.

Very comfortable, but not waterproof. I always get a size bigger because of the composite toe.

UPDATE:
They do still carry them, only AMAZON doesn't make them available for their RME staff to order.
True to form, they only pay for their staff to buy from the crappiest shoes available.
Nice.
These were the best shoes I've had for working at an Amazon FC in three years.

One of the best shoe. Comfortable and last longer than all work shoes I've worn. Low cut are the best shoes in buildings!

These are great. I had the older style, but these are even better. Waterproof, and the oxford style is excellent.

Fit great. Comfortable around the toes. and an important feature most people don't comment on is that the laces are soft and long enough to tie. I din't have to retie once in an entire work day.

The only negative about the shoes is that the left shoe heel cup does not hold my heel the same as the right. There is a slight amount of slip on the left - this is the only reason that I gave it a 4 on the overall rating.
I ordered the wide, simply because in the past when I have ordered regular, they cause my feet to get tired. In these, there is plenty of width, but there is also way too much height in the uppers, causing the shoe to have to be laced pretty tight to hold the foot secure, and back into the heel pocket. This makes for a bit of an odd fold in the top of the shoe (see pic), at the bottom of the laces. Since there is so much room in the material, it does not affect comfort when walking or flexing the shoe when kneeling down...it just looks a bit goofy...like anyone really pays attention to other people's shoes anyway.
Build materials are high quality leather, soles have some cushion, but not much - they are, however, quite flexible. If you spend a lot of time walking on your job, you will like the flexibility - good insoles will provide the support and cushion you need. Speaking of insoles, the ones provided are actually pretty comfortable. This is actually the first shoe that had decent insoles out of the box.
I am an RME T3 for BOI2 in Boise, Idaho, and do a fair amount of walking, and if you do RME work for Amazon, a lot of that walking is FAST walking...these allow you to do that in comfort. The flexibility helps a lot for this kind of fast walking through a 10hr shift on concrete, as your fore foot has less of a tendency to "slap" the ground when walking, causing shin pain at the end of the day. I've had none of that.
Last year my shoe choice was the Reebok lite shoe, and they fit fine for the first week, then exhibited a rotation of random hotspots in the shoe that continued the whole year. I was so happy to get some new kicks, especially ones that fit well, like these do.
I have only worn these for one week, and so far, no issues. The first day in them was great, and it has only gotten better from there. Given the Reeboks that I got out of were junk, my feet might be a bit biased on the review they are giving me on these shoes...but I think not.
I ordered this shoe, and also the boot version at the same time. The first pair of boots I ordered this year were the Keens, for which I had high hopes - but it was not to be. Keens typically run wide, and in over-thinking it, I ordered the standard width. With the tightness, and the odd seem at the bottom of the laces, I could see that they needed to go back. Maybe a wide would have turned out different, who knows.
I returned the Keens, and decided to hedge my bets by ordering two pair, and returning the ones I did not like - I highly recommend doing this, as it increases the odds of getting out of your junk shoes faster, and into comfort sooner. In my case, I really did not want a boot, I prefer a shoe - mostly for the weight factor. The Avenger boot A7282 is a fine specimen, but in the end I preferred the lighter weight shoe.
I tied my shoes in an unconventional method at the top (see pic), which provided better hold of my foot in the heel pocket. This method of tie holds better, and eliminates the hot spot that often develops on the top of the foot as a result of having to lace a shoe tighter for hold the foot in place in the shoe. This lacing method essentially takes the top inch of the shoe, and binds it as one wide clamp, instead of two half inch wide bands pinching your foot into position. I hope this info and photo helps you down the road.
I do have one more recommendation, and that is for the folks who select the shoes that are available for the NACF purchase program...and that is to put shoes on here that are actually comfortable. Keen makes an excellent product, but your selection is pathetic - which is an insult to pathetic things everywhere. There are PLENTY of Keen shoes that meet the safety ratings for the RME position, yet you offer none, only boots. You also have no offerings from Doc Marten, arguably the most comfortable work shoe known to mankind.

I like the style of the shoe but the tongue sides kept digging into my left foot and it is my only main complaint. Other than that, shoes were pretty good and had okay support. Still recommend getting half a size larger than normal so you can insert an insole for more support.

The shoe was wide enough but had little support and was very flimsy. The shoe is easily able to be folded in half at the middle when pressure is applied and left me hobbling at work.

This is the worst shoe I have ever worn. It had little to no arch support and it caused immense pain foot wearing it during a shift. Now I can't return the shoe due to it being worn so I am now stuck with a useless work shoe.
