These look great. Good cushioning for a loafer. I'm a 10 or 10.5 in most shoes and 9.5 was right size wearing dress socks or no show sock liners. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the instep on left foot comes in more narrowly than on the right and the leather was a little stiffer than expected.

Arrived with scuffs on top and uneven coloring. Also too tight.

This shoe is super narrow and so I used a shoe stretcher overnight and that helped. This is the case with most Sperry shoes. Not a reason to not buy. Being leather they stretch nicely just for you. I love this shoe it's casual and comfortable (after stretching).

This is my first pair of "Drivers" and I am not sure why I have waited to my advanced age. The style is excellent for a person with a wide foot and a narrow heel. Being a New Yorker, "driving" and sports cars was the furthest thing from my mind. New Yorkers do a lot of walking and this shoe is like going barefoot in style with good support and spring to boot (or to shoe!) and a surprising forward balance. It is not a sedentary piece of footwear. I may get it in other colors - very classy and understated anywhere. Great price!

Something poking in the left heal rub a big blister. Trying to flatten/smooth it out so I can wear it. I like the style of shoe

Very comfortable shoes and look good. But they start to look very worn very quickly, especially at the front of the shoe and around the bottom. If you don't plan to wear them often, they're great. But if you're planning to wear them to the office several times a week like I do, just know they start to fade and look worn pretty quickly.

These are not as comfortable as my previous pair of hampden loafers. I had that pair for 10years. They were comfortable straight out of the box and are still more comfortable than the Davenport. The Davenport has a foam insert and the hampden were all leather.

Im terribly disappointed with the lack of strength in the (Gold) loafers' design. I recently purchased two new pairs making them my third and fourth. The comfort of the shoes are impeccable .inducing me to stick with this product over and over. However, I recently discovered that the front underneath design below the toes wears far too soon .a design flaw I had not realized in the two previous purchases. The rapid deterioration beneath the toe (less than a month) went unnoticed. Reinforcement in this area would correct this fatal flaw. Very rigid/not firm leather. Other loafers I have worn in the past were flexible, bendable, and most importantly the leatherwas soft out of the box. I had to use both hands to get the loafer on my foot. I bought the loafer because of the color (in reality the loafer is darker in color than what is displayed on website) and design. I was very excited to receive the loafer. It turned out in my particular case, that this loafer was anything but a "slip-on" loafer as perhaps the style suggests. I thought at this price point I would at least receive a satisfactory loafer and not have to return after taking 5 steps indoors. Oh, well. The search for the "soft" leather loafer continues. So bummed because the design looks great.

These shoes have no arch support at all. There is nothing in the listing that tells you this.

I think this is my 23rd pair of Sperry shoes. Unlike the other 22, that range from very good to truly outstanding, these are a disappointment. They look pretty nice, but that's the end of the good stuff. They feel like they are made of half-cured rhino hide. The inside of the shoe will actually cause abrasions is you're not wearing socks. There are so many hot spots, you can't really tell if the shoe fits correctly. Sorry - this is my least favorite pair of Sperry's.

I was very excited get these. However, the toes show way to too much wear after wearing for only 1 hour

I love the look of these shoes and have been waiting for Sperrt to release a wide for. Unfortunately there are some serious manufacturing flaws. The sole does not extend all the way to the tip of the toe, and after wearing for one day there is noticeable wear on the toes due to lack of sole coverage. Need to fixed this flaw and then these shoes would be great. As you can see in comparing these shoes to the gold cup loafer (right), the sole does not extend as far as necessary to protect the leather on the toe. Again, this is after one day of wear, if I continue to wear them there will be a hole in no time.

Didn't fit properly and the heel is really stiff and uncomfortable

The material used on these shoes stuffs very easily and after one day are unwearable. Try to get them replaced by the company and they will not take them back.

Leather quality is plastic like. I really miss the old version.
