This is a great boot. It is very comfortable to wear. Living in the city I walk everywhere and it is a comfortable and supportive walking boot. I love the color also, it is solid brown and the bottom is also dark colored so they look more stylish than most waterproof boots I have seen. Living in Chicago with the recent ice and snow I found it held well as I walked over totally ice covered sidewalks. The toe box is a little bit narrower than some of the other Easy Spirit boots but it isn't a problem for me. Would definitely purchase again. I hope they don't change this boot.

I have a short, wide foot with a high instep. The instep is very hard to fit. This shoe was too short for my instep

Great shoe. Unhappy about paying $99 and finding them on sale at $54 the day after I got them.

I bought this shoe in black in a 7, and it was a little big, but was a pretty good fit with an extra thick sock. I still had a little wiggle room. I usually wear a 6 1/2. So I thought I would buy a size down. When they arrived, they were so small, my toes rubbed the toe of the shoe making it uncomfortable to walk in them so unfortunately, I had to send them back. I liked the color, and the width was fine. Returning was not a hassle at all. I don’t know if it was this particular pair or just the gray shoes. I noticed later that others have had this same experience with the gray ones. I LOVE my black ones.

The pair I bought are supposedly 7.5, wide width, but my feet are squeezed so tight that it’s messing with my circulation! I pulled the insole out to examine it and it says “7-8” on it. Ummm ok so they use the same insole for all widths? I’m so disappointed. What a waste of time and money!
