I love this shoe. My true size IS 7 1/2 but I had to return for a half size bigger, SIZE 8. I will write another review when the right size comes in.

Good quality shoes, looked really cool but too narrow. Had to return them, but will definitely order the wide width when it becomes available.

After starting for 2 hrs my feet started to hurt. I was at a outdoor event and had to keep switching from one feet to the next to give them a brack. When I saw them I had to have them but the are not comfortable and run a bit small. 5f-10" 186lbs size 11 for 19 years. Not for long standing.

The shoe looks nice but my foot almost fell asleep when I drove 45 minutes in them. Very uncomfortable!

Love the style of the shoe and they're reasonably priced, but they're pretty uncomfortable and within only a few months of wearing them, the heel loop broke and tattered.

Like other reviewers, I found this boot to fit quite tight and very stiff. I am usually a 9.5, ordered a 9.5. They are very tight in the toes and toe bed, and somehow the heel is loose (unless cinched so tight). Normally I would risk the break in period for shoes, but these do not feel like would break in. There is a potential that a size up to a 10 may have worked for me, but with how tight and stiff they are, I am skeptical. I am returning these boots, which is a bummer because they are very cute!

I purchased these for a 4 day festival with alot of standing and walking. Based on the reviews I thought they would be comfortable. Absolutely no arch support or padding in the shoe. I like how they look but returned them immediately. Do not purchase if you need supportive shoes. Disappointing.

These are very cute boots and feel true to their size. However, they will chew up the back of your heel if you walk more than a couple blocks in them. They would be really good to wear for quick errands or to an event that you won't be walking much during.

I opened the box and thought how cheap they looked but tried them on and was disappointed to find they were not comfortable either. The white bottom that has always been thicker and of a high quality was much thinner and flatter so you'd feel everything you walk over. Definitely not comfy and the price [for these cheap-looking sneakers] was way too high. It was a disappointment and I love Timberland because they look great and feel great too. But not these. Sent them back!

I received a Timberland gift card from my employer. I have spent a year trying to find a comfortable pair of boots to wear for work. Each pair I ordered to try has been too narrow, and the time I've been on the waiting list for a wide width boot so far remains endless. I ordered this boot a full size too big, and I have the laces as loose as I can with enough lace to complete tying.
