Love these lightweight hikers. Perfect for travel and dog walking! Somehow these shoes are warm but my feet do not get overheated in hot weather. These actually are a replacement for old Danner Chukka boots that were really loved! Also like the newer color.

Fits perfectly. Super comfy yet supportive

I love the look of these boots. I wear a size 10 and this style makes them look smaller in size. The insole is comfortable and my high arches feel supported. I’m happy they are waterproof. I’ve gotten compliments on them when I’ve worn them. I’ve always loved Danner boots and will keep looking at what they offer.

Right out of the box these shoes are so comfy!! No breaking in needed.

Bought a second pair of these shoes because they are so comfortable. I have been switching to wide shoes due to a tailors bunion, but no issues with the roomy toe box on these chukkas. Good stability and footing on wet ground/snow, and they keep my ankles warm in winter. Easy to lace up.

The boot fit fine with a little toe room on the right, but the left felt smaller with less wiggle room. A size up may fit a little on the larger side. I'm undecided if I'll invest in the next size up. I was not pleased with the lace up feature. There is too much space between the laces themselves. I like to tie up my lace up boots so there is more support in the arch and overall foot. These boots don't really offer that. I would like if the leather felt more durable. Its soft so that's a plus and the sole seems like it would grip very well on any surface. Unfortunately there are less positive features on this boot. I will be returning and look for something else.
