I got these shoes last week for my son, and they are already falling apart after 4 days of wear. The design is literally coming apart. My son is bummed, and I am very disappointed!!

After 2 weeks of a 4yr wearing these they are peeling all over. We had the same style different color for 6 months prior to these and they did not peel like this.

Cute shoes. But not durable for a little kid. Bought these for my 4 year old son. It’s only been a month but they are already falling apart. Velcro tab that closes the shoe is separating from the material. Stitching around the edge is already coming apart also. Terrible quality. Would give zero stars if I could.

They are Completely falling apart after only 6 weeks of Wearing with no unusual or Improper use. Incredibly Frustrating for such an expensive product for a kid. It’s hard to find sneakers for wide feet for kids but this one, while it fit great, is worthless if everything on it is falling apart 6 weeks in. I won’t give it A good rating for anything else for fear of it averaging my review higher than it is. Velcro shot. Sides, shot. Totally unwearable.

I measured my kid's feet using the New Balance guide, and ordered a half size larger. But the shoe is almost too small. ;( Otherwise, we love them.

This is our 2nd pair of this shoe. They are my son’s favorite!

My son, 6 years old, is normally a 12, but the size 13 was already touching his toes. The shoe is nice though.

The size was fine. These lasted only 5 months! They do not breathe because made of a vinyl-like material. Layers of closing flap peeled apart so won’t stay fastened. The edges wore off/are freyed. Lining peeled apart. Sole is already smooth.

Terrible quality - such a disappointing purchase. I thought New Balance would be good quality but the Velcro strap separated from itself after less than two weeks. Cheaply constructed. Do not buy!

My boy has loved this style for years but the quality declined drastically with this version. During the first week of wear the decorative shoe lace (above the velcro) came apart from the shoe. Zappos was very helpful and sent us a new pair immediately but while waiting for the new pair to arrive the decorative shoe lace from the other shoe also came apart. The new shoes arrived with the new balance logo already peeling off one of the shoes so we sent those back and are moving on to another brand for now.

Not as wide as expected. Really cute style.
