I had to buy white shoes for a caddying job. I've spent many decades in the snow industry and had felt I could rely on the "Sorel" name for quality. So I purchased the "waterproof" Caribou. The first couple of weeks were fine but then I started getting a wet right foot on dewy morning's. After more wear I noticed the glue was coming apart on the rubber. By the time I noticed it was after the 60 day warranty The thing is it must of been a company standards fault, if it only happened on the right foot. I couldn't send the shoes back because I needed them to keep my job. If you want to improve your product and respond. I'd be happy to hear from you.

Quality and value at a great price They are so comfortable you almost don't want to take them off I just love their brand of footwear across the board I have purchased almost 10 pair of shoes and boots from this company They are truly amazing and comfortable I highly recommend SOREL

I got these before an autumn trip to the French Riviera for business. I usually wear a 10.5, those were too big so I had to order a 10. They fit great, look stylish and professional. Broke in after about a week. Wore them all over Europe. When I returned, winter in Montreal had started and I've been too busy to order boots. With a pair of wool socks these stay warm down to -10*C. Leather needs care. I clean and condition the shoes often to remove salt. Still look new.

Left shoe had a defect with stitching on an inside seam which has caused a sore on my foot have to wear a band aid to walk in them
