I ordered these booties in 9EE. I wore them at home on several different days. Sitting at home yesterday, after a couple hours, I noticed pinching in my little toes and at the joint where my big toe joins my substantial bunion. Thinking back to the times when I caused myself injury by trying to 'break in' shoes, I remembered that this is an indication that the shoes will start to cause pain and possibly further injury. This feedback from my feet means that there is something wrong in the way the shoes are constructed. So I am sending them back. They are cute, and maybe fine for younger women who have yet to ruin their feet with ill fitting shoes, but now that I am 67 and facing foot surgery, I can no longer risk impairing my ability to walk. My shoes must be constructed properly and allow me to walk freely without pain. I wish more women's shoe manufacturers would hire consultants who are podiatrists, so they can understand how to design women's shoes that fit.

Not all of the Easy Spirit shoes fit narrow enough in the heel,but this shoe did. Room enough in toe box without feeling loose. Overall one of the truest fits I’ve found. Just enough height on side for some snow protection without being a boot. Really pleased with fit and style .

Very comfortable. Keeps the feet toasty warm. Should be great in the snow.

Extremely comfortable! So difficult to find comfy wide shoes so I am very pleased. I have very high arches so I still added an orthotic insert but they still fit perfectly. Cute with my leggings!

Great insoles. Insoles make the feet feel better and the shoes feel good. Good cushioning too for the heel. They fit good. They are flexible and warm. With the zipper it makes it easy on and easy off...I recommend.

I usually wear a 9.5ww in dress shoes. Sometimes 10ww in sneakers and boots. The 10ww was just a bit roomy and my heal slid around. Got them in a 9.5ww, perfect. Great boots, soft pliable leather. No stiff toe cap. Toasty warm lining. Dont know yet about water resistance. Will apply spray.

I am ready to give up!! Do to swelling in my right leg and foot I take an EXTRA wide shoe but can not find the right boot. I have tried different brands (WW and 4E) for width and different shoe sizes ( from a 7 1/2 to a 9) but can not find a good fit. The boot is either too long or too short and the width is not right. My toes are squished or my foot can not get into the boot. I prefer a short boot with a good grip of a sole for moderate snow. Zappos must be getting tired of me returning shoes/boots and I am too. WHAT CAN I TRY next!??

Great product. I feel very comfortable when I wear it. However, the width was about half size smaller than any other Easy Spirit shoes that I have ordered.

I have wide feet with a high instep and find it hard to get comfortable shoes that fit. These fit nicely and are so easy to put on with the top zipper. Nice soft material with a sturdy sole. They seem like they will keep my feet warm when the cold weather arrives.

I got the wide ones but returned them because they weren't wide enough, and the double-wides also don't really feel that wide, and I've never had to order WW in any other kind of shoe. My foot tingles and numbs if I wear them too long, but they are good enough to throw on to take the dog out. Haven't tested them in real wet weather but would still like to spray them beforehand.

Very disappointed. I wear a 9W and these are not W and are so tight across the mid area I cannot even zip these up. My thought is that these are really a size 8 or smaller. The zipper itself is so tight it's hard to pull open or closed. I will think twice before I buy Easy Spirit ever again. This is 2nd disappointing boot made poorly with a bad zipper of 2 different styles!

Easy Spirit is the best fit for my feet. I have broken both ankles at different times in my later years and I can fully depend on the fit and comfort of any Easy Spirit shoe I have purchased. Five star all the way.

Great Shoe for the winter months. Just enough height when the snow is not real deep. I have a high instep, so I ordered the "W" and it is perfect with a heavy sock on.

I struggle to find shoes that are functional, comfortable, and fairly cute. I’m a big fan of the booties because I don’t have to worry about fighting my big calves. I found these to be very accommodating to my full length orthotics, comfortable for walking countless miles, and pretty cute as well. My jeans did rub off on the top, but that’s not a dealbreaker for me and more likely caused by the wet indigo denim then by the shoe itself.

These ankle boots are adorable, warm, and have great arch support. Such a great casual boot for cold weather.

Just not quite right.

Tight. Did not feel like a wide shoe.

Size and fit were perfect, but I only got the tan ones. The black ones did not come.

These are very comfortable right out of the box. Zipper placement front and center makes for easy on and off. Warm as well..a plus! I plan to spray with a water protection ….they are water resistant Not waterproof.

Size was ok but a little tight. I did not like the color. I expected Black, looks more like charcoal

I still have to wear them out so will get back to you.

Bought these for my 88 year old mother, who has challenges walking. They are perfect. Nice secure fit and well balanced sole. Warm and comfortable. Best of all, easy on and off with the zippered top. She’s delighted with them.

I absolutely love the shoes. However I wish you would have had 1/2 sizes because a 6 1/2 Wide would fit perfectly, however the 7 Wide allows me to wear really thick socks. The shoes are comfortable and warm which was my motive for ordering them!

I purchased these for a friend of my late mother. She’s 90yrs old. She called to say, where did you get these. Thanks for 2 pair, they fit perfectly, excellent support and warm. Thanks Zappos for carrying the brand and making a senior citizen happy and contented.
