I'm 8 months pregnant and a US 40G or 40I in this bra. I was shocked how supportive this was, and loved the craftsmanship upon first inspection. I was convinced it was the end-all-be-all nursing bra for my large size chest, BUT I wore it for a day and the underwire digs into the top of my large bump. I'm hoping that once I give birth it will be more comfortable since the underwire won't have a bump to rest on...we'll soon find out. Note, the thin fabric strips that keep it connected when you 'open' the front to nurse are way too flimsy -- design team needs to revamp those next season.

This bra was expensive but it fits very well and is the most comfortable I've owned. A good nursing bra is worth the cost. And it looks great, which is hard to come by when you have ginormous udders.

I love that it is an underwire with great lift! It has been easy to use for breastfeeding, and holds my spectra cups for pumping!
