Never received but was billed and paid for these! Write to customer support twice now and no response going on 3 months now. Can I have the shoes or a refund?? Please?? At least a response??

I usually love all my purchases from hey dude this pair in particular there was stitching messed up around the toe area discoloration on the bottom of the shoe where it look like it had been worn and returned
