I love this mug. Unfortunately, the seal on the mug didn't last long so I am trying to get a new one. I gave this 5 stars despite the seal because I absolutely love the mug. It would be great if it were offered in blue or silver colors as well.

Good overall mug. Leak proof. Insulated well. Would recommend.

Quality is great! Cold or hot, it keeps the temperature for a good amount of hours.

I would and have recommended this mug and other Stanley products (of which i have a collection) to others. Super Stanley Fan! Keeps stuff hot and keeps stuff cold for a loooong time!

Bought one of these maybe 8 years ago (before the ring) and still use it. The lid isn't in the best shape anymore, but now it simply stays at home for my morning coffee. Still love it after all these years. Stays hot even without a top!

I'm a truck driver and I have used this mug for the last 3 years every single day. I dropped it on the asphalt, kicked it by accident and abuse it in many ways. As of the moment I write this review the mug is in great working condition and I'm actually sipping out of it as I write. I'll order another one to have one home and one in the truck. For a trucker Stanley is the way to go.

This mug was sent to me to replace a defective mug. Absolutely the best coffee mug -- it keeps my coffee hot for a longer period of time. Thank you Stanley, for setting me up with the best mug EVER! I'm returning to Stanley for not only the opportunity to let other folks know about this mug but to also purchase something for "cold beverages."

Bought this around this time last year and it was my best purchase of the year. Used virtually every day, keeps my coffee hot - warm for around 3 hours. The only downside is the drinking spout isn't 90 degrees the the handle but I'm probably only griping because I'm a precision engineer. Still in excellent condition despite 1 year old. I'm hoping Stanley sell the rubber seals separately because I can't find any that diameter. Highly recommend this mug.

I've had two of the camp mugs for several years. I use them daily for hot tea, keeping them warm in my office on a candle warmer. Recently both of the flip tops have broken and I'm so afraid I'm going to lose them. What is the procedure to get replacement tops or replacement flip tops?

I've had my mug since 2014 and use it every day. A week ago the flip top broke while washing. I submitted a simple warranty claim and my new top was at my house 3 days later. I expected to be a hassle or be denied. It's great that there are still companies that stand behind their products. I will continue to use Stanley products.

The paint is flaking off and the handle is loose. The lid is starting to leak, and probably needs a new seal. How do I get one?

For its size its better than traditional mug ,because its liter ,The handle is roomy which will avoid pulling away accidents the rim is fine Perfect for sipping , very good indeed.

went out early Saturday morning duck hunting ,4am . Filled with hot coffee ,drank half on trip to swamp, forgot about it and our lab, Drake had knocked the mug over on the floor , it didn't spill a drop , and at Noon ,it was hot enough to make me happy ! . Then I took the mug in to clean it and found the closure lid was off (this had never happened in 5 months prior) . I tore the truck apart and found it, snapped it in and its just like new. And that's all I have to say about that !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great product ! Thanks Mr. Stanley

It seems like I am having the same issue as others who have reviewed this product - The flip top lid is broken at the hinge. I just submitted for a replacement part and hope I get one. LOVE this mug and would like to continue using it.

Keeps everything you drink hot or cold for hours.Handle is large. But seems to break the hinge on the lid about every year needs a new design

I use this mug 6 days a week in the construction and repair industries. I've been using them for about 12 years, on my 2nd mug and 4th lid. Love the mug, disappointed in the lid hinges.

Coffee cup is the greatest, just wish lid didn't break. But all good things come to an end. There is no replacement lids sold so I'll have to treat myself to another coffee mug. My old coffee cups have union carpenter stickers on them but my next one will have a different theme.

The hinge broke off due to a two foot drop while cleaning it in the sink. I just bought this product. I bought it for the leak resistant promise. At first it worked great. Even with the hinge broken off, the mug still keeps the coffee very hot! It is just annoying if I accidentally tip over the mug.

This mug is working out well for me. Really keeps coffee warm until the last gulp. Very sturdy. A couple reviewers had issues with broken handles and top hinged covers. And I noticed that when screwing on-off the lid that I was holding it by the handle and it was putting a lot of stress on the weld. Holding it by the bottom of the mug avoids problems. Also caught myself using the hinged cover as a lever to help screw down and/or off the lid. I'm sure that could eventually break it. Also wish it was still made in USA. I'd pay a few bucks more. Nice item in any case.

I bought this mug about 5 months ago, it's been fantastic. I use it all day every day, for coffee, soup, hot water... Etc...BUT... The lid hinge piece snapped and now I can't keep the cap attached while drinking... As a result it's gotten lost,(then found, then lost, then found) and now I've quit using it... I can't seem to find any replacement parts for this mug... surely I don't have to buy a whole new 25.00 mug, do I?

Bought this a week ago. It was love at first sight. Comfortable in the hand, well insulated for long heat retention, Effective lid seal. I want to second the other comment about the vent hole location. It's right where my nose hits the lid, so after a small sip, it develops an airlock, and no more coffee flows, until, that is, I give up and tip the mug down slightly, when I get a big gulp when I least expect it. This would be very dangerous if it were to happen with scalding hot coffee, but so far I've been lucky and I've only encountered it when the cup is half-full and has cooled somewhat. Please redesign your lid to have two vent holes spaced about 3/4" apart, so this situation won't happen again.

I really like this cup but..... There is a big problem with rubber gasket in the lid. It's very hard to keep clean. It's looks like mold is in the rubber. I have tried to get a replace!ent through your website but nothing yet. I have started to use a #64 rubber band as a replacement for the gasket. So far so good but would really like to have proper gasket. Can you do something about this problem?
