Absolutely obsessed with these boots! They are comfy and durable but cute and easy to dress-up. I got the white color and love how bold they feel!

Perfect for bad weather best style

I first bought these boots in the Quarry color and loved the fit and style so much I got them in black as well. I feel like I can walk around in them all day without any issues. The width is fine if I wear a thinner sock, I could see however how it would be an issue if you want a toastier feel and opt for a thicker sock. As always the customer service at Zappos is outstanding. I couldn’t be any more impressed by the level of care and service. Thank you Zappos!

Great stylish, waterproof winter boots! Fairly comfortable- could be more comfortable with insoles. But I wore them for the first time for 16 hours traveling and they were fine- no blisters and feet did not hurt. Walked around a city during a snow storm and the traction was good.

I wanted real rain boots that didn't look like rain boots. These fit the bill. I could wear these in the pouring rain we have had recently or they also work on sunny days. I bought the black pebble leather boots and they fit my normal size perfectly with light socks. (I always buy 1/2 size up in boots). Heel is snug to get on but manageable. Very comfortable to walk in. I would and have recommended this brand and style. (It helped to get them on sale, too.)

I love these boots! Comfortable and really simple. I think they run a half size too small. I am normally a 9.5 but could do the 10.

These boots are incredibly comfy. I have bunions and the fit is good. I don’t have wide feet so they are a perfect medium width. I also walk a couple miles downtown between offices and so far they are still incredibly comfy. They look great with skinny jeans. Someone wrote they aren’t warm. I disagree. It’s 20 deg right now. I have on dress socks and my toes are toasty. So worth the money!

I bought these boots for an upcoming summer trip to Europe for an outdoor music festival, where I'll also be doing a lot of waling on old cobble-stone streets (no place for strappy sandals). I need to be prepared for rough terrain, wet weather - and style! They are perfect for my needs. Immediately comfortable right out of the box, like walking on a cloud. I am very tall with skinny ankles and calves and was worried they would be too big and clunky looking, but they look great all around. They claim to be "impermeable" and I believe them. I'm wearing them already and might even pick up another pair in a different color!

The most chicest yet combat boots ever. I love it. It’s super comfortable and it was a perfect fit. I have a narrow foot but wide toe area and it was very comfortable. I am so happy I bought it. I also have wide calves and the height was perfect for my athletic legs.

Despite having four pairs of size 9 Sorel boots, including two of the Joan of Arctic Wedge II, I upsized to a 9.5 for these after reading several reviews saying these run a a bit on the small side. I'm glad I did as they fit great (with my light - medium weight socks) and my toes don't feel scrunched. I've only worn them around my apartment but I'm super-excited put them in my winter shoe rotation.

My other Sorel boots run small but these fit very true to size. The 6.5 is a good fit with regular socks. I haven't tried them in the rain yet so I can't speak to their waterproof ability but they're cute and comfortable.

Great style for trekking to and from class in MN winters.

This shoe ships with a cardboard ankle support, BUT also a cardboard toe insert. I tried on the 6 and couldn't believe how tight the toe box was and returned the shoes for 6.5. Reading reviews online I saw many reporting the same. When I received the 6.5 fit was good....until I realized I hadn't noticed the toe insert!! I am sure that is why the 6's were too tight. I felt like an idiot, but I do wonder if this shoe gets tried on with the very stealth toe insert in place with many people.

I was looking for a boot with more of a rugged sole, but looked dressier than combat boots. This was the perfect boot for me. I purchased my normal size of 7.5 and they fit me fine. I tend to not listen to most reviews that tells you to size up because my feet are different than most. The length of my foot is a true 7.5, but I have narrow, flat feet. My foot ends up flattening out to leave plenty of room at the top and toe bed. It leaves me room to wear thicker socks. Although, I can see how this boot can be snug for those with arches. Also, I will say the circumference of the shaft is pretty narrow. I have thin calves and ankles and these boots give me a close fit around the top of the boot shaft.
